Julianna is average height for her age. She is very skinny and has chocolate brown eyes. Her hair is long and a dark brown. It is somewhat wavy. She also has a scar on her right leg. She wears lipgloss almost every day. She has long legs and a short torso. This evens out her height. She doesn't tan well and has rather pale skin.
She dresses very average for someone in District 1. She loves luxury, of course. She likes to wear jewelry and she is very girly. She wears pink- a lot. She also tends to wear make-up. Normally eye shadow.
Julianna's eyes tend to stand out. They're almond shaped and the tips are pointed. Her eyelashes are curled up. They truly make an appearance when she blinks.

She will often complain about her appearance. Other people say she wears way too much pink. She isn't the best at making friends but has a few very close friends. She absolutely loves all kinds of candy. She is also rather good with a sword.
She isn't as in to training as the other careers but she is very obsessed with her appearance. She is not easily scared. Her favorite animal is a dog and she is very true to the environment. She does what she can to hide the scar on her leg because she thinks that it will ruin her looks. She has very good ideas and is a pretty good writer.

HISTORY
Julianna lives with her younger sister Ellie who is 6 years old, and both of her parents. No-on in her family has ever been in the games as far back as the family can remember. At least not without voulenteering. Julianna also is hoping to voulenteer sometime if she isn's chosen in the reaping. Julianna's little actually is encouraging her to voulenteer. Not because she wants her to die, but because she wants the family to have some pride.
Julianna has always wanted to live in Victor's Village. Whenever she passes by it on her way to school she looks into the windows. Her best friend, Lily, has been her best friend since Kindergarden. They met in school. Whenever they pass eachother in school they wave or give eachother a hug.
Everyday at home, Julianna trains a little bit and fixes up her make-up. Julianna got the nickname Nippy in Kindergarden. She got it because she would 'nip' anyone who came near her jewelry.
