When I look in the mirror, I see a perfect little me! No one really knows my real hair color, since I am always running around in wigs. But, honestly, my hair color is a nice shade of brown, which I hate. I wear make-up all over my face, making sure each and every part is covered in something glorious. My lips are covered in a blood red lipstick, and my eye are in a nice shade of whatever color is in my make-up collection. My skin is a cool shade of brown, and I almost always have a bright smile!

Whatever is trending in the Capitol, is what I will wear. Do you think I care if I look like a fool? No. I'm a very short lady, only being the height of 5'4", but it doesn't stop me! I weigh in at around 130 pounds, but most of it is because I work until I'm drenching in sweat weekly. I've been called a exploding rainbow of colors, and of course, that is true! I will always be wearing a bright color somewhere on my body, whether its a wig, my shirt, or maybe even my make-up!

Do I think I have any flaws? Never. But people keep telling me my eyelashes are too long, and they make seeing things harder, which is kind of true, but do you think it makes a difference to me? I need to look fabulous! Another thing people gripe at me about is that I will never attract a guy by dressing like I do. I don't need a guy! As long as I have myself, that Is all I need until the day I croak over!

Personality:

I've never grown up in my 23 years of life. I was always told to let out my inner child, and I do with the outfits I wear! I love to kid around, and I am never very serious about anything. Life to me is just to have fun, and to look gorgeous! Acting childish for me is to relieve all the stress from a long day, and it brings back all of those positive memories I had when I was a kid! I have never took life seriously, and I just give a smile to every new person I meet! Kill them with kindness, as they say.

People always come up to me and look in amazement at my outfits, and everyone expects me to be a fashionita, and of course, I am! I have loved fashion since my heart started beating. My daily job is to create outfits for all of the disgusting people around District 1, and try to make them look as good as me! Fashion sets a spark off in me that I only have with clothes. I never really knew why I cling to fashion so much, but I expect it to be because my mother was such a crazy dresser.

I am known as the "social bug" around District 1. I know everyone's business, and almost everyone clings to me when they need to get some dirt on someone. I will talk to anyone I can, since myself I only have 1 true friend, Chiyo, but I will mumble on about that later. You can always spot me somewhere outside, because I love being outside with the fresh air. If you don't know who I am, then you are a nobody!

People have always called me rude, selfish, and that I only care about myself. Well, Duh! I have to care about myself if I want to look outstanding. I only need myself to survive in this world, but it is always nice to have a few people on my side. I would rather tell you that your ugly, then to lie to you and act like I actually enjoy looking at you.

History:

Let me start with my parents, which are full-blooded capitolites. I wouldn't be stuck in this lame district if it weren't for President Snow. My mother was sworn into office as the new mayor of District 1, so she has to make an adjustment and move here. She is long gone though, and some unworthy bimbo is now in her spot. My father was a very wise man, and he was the reason I was the most beautiful little girl in the Capitol. He was a gamemaker, and he is still now, but he won't let me move to the Capitol with him, because he thinks I need to live on my own.

When I moved to District 1, everyone looked at me as the crazy witch that was a worshiper to the Capitol only because of the Games. Well, only 1 person really understood why I did, and that was Chiyo. Chiyo was the greatest friend a girl could ever had. Even though she doesn't share my fondness of the Capitol, she is still a good soul. Chiyo and I share a special bond for 1 thing, and that is music. We both feel like we are in a different world when we are making music, and that bond has brought us together for more than 10 years, and counting.

My true inspiration for music came out when my father bought me this you call a guitar. He taught me the basic notes of it, and I have actually composed some of my own songs with it. I think I have the voice of an angel, and my 2nd dream, besides being a fashion designer, is to be a famous writer/musician, and steal all the hearts of the people of Panem. I already do that with my fashion designing, but adding on my beautiful voice and talent for the guitar would be extra special!
