Noah Opes [District 1, Luxury]

Noah stands 5'10", being Caucasian/pale-skinned with rare dark blue eyes and black hair trimmed to a buzz-cut style. His forehead and cheeks being outwardly flat but his jaw and chin being pronounced in a broad structure, all accenting well to give him a naturally handsome face.

He is well-built, slender but having plenty of muscle mass and cardio. It shows mostly in his arms and torso, which unlike his slim build is rather noticeably thick and toned. His abdomen being presented in a "6-pack". And despite his physical capabilities, he still lacks a thickened bodily build, making him easy to underestimate without exposure of his muscular features or display of power.

Charming, smooth-talking and manipulative; Noah's deadliest weapon is arguably his intellectual prowess. If it isn't his looks that reel things in his favor, it's his voice and how he words things so fluently, never stuttering or losing track of his sentences. It also helps that he has had a broadened education his whole life, having an expansive vocabulary and flawless memory, recalling even as far as his childhood and the names of his favorite Tributes from watching The Hunger Games each year.

Noah has an impulse for seeming friendly, never speaking out of spite or hostility towards anyone even if in a disagreement. But that is all an act, his intentions beyond his actions are commonly for his own gain. Hence his manipulative nature. If he ever makes enemies, he always tries his best to exhaust them of their usefulness first.

Noah's only quirk is that he laughs differently according to his motives. So any who pay close enough attention to his actions and how he laughs under different circumstances could have a better grasp on his intentions. But a trait to suss out seemingly irrelevant features is as rare as it ever being used outside of Noah's favor. This makes him inexplicably arrogant, even sometimes believing that the "May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor" is directed only to those like him, who have talents for making things go their way.

The worst thing for Noah is for him to be denied or thwarted. He can be rather spoiled and bratty, becoming infuriated if he doesn't get what he wants or have things happen as he wants them to. In more serious cases, he enters a fit of rage and becomes merciless, which is when he has been known to say vulgar and rude things as if trying to vent his anger and make those around him feel inferior so he may get back on his "high horse", while also becoming destructive and savage.

Born and raised in the Luxury District, Noah is an only child and takes after his father mostly in appearance and lifestyle, which is why he gets along with his insecure and selfless mother more, considering he's always clashed wits with his father which keeps them away from each other often. Selfishness running in his father's side of the family, the Opes being a wealthy well-respected family that originated in The Capitol before The Rebellion of The Thirteen Districts, making them one of the longest-lasting families of Panem.

When Noah was six-years-old, he was enrolled into the most prestigious school for children his age in District One, which offered an impressive educational system that prepared young minds for the intake of vast knowledge of any and all sorts of lifestyles, making few more understanding and open-minded but most like Noah more hungry for knowledge and arrogant because of it.

By the time he was ten-years-old, he was a part of the advanced programs of the same school where his actual education began and carried out for four years, which after two of those years he was officially expected at The Reaping every year for the next six years and was eligible for being reaped more and more for each year that passed. Ever since turning twelve however, Noah like most of the other children of a Career District had begun training for the inevitability of being reaped or even the plans of volunteering for The Hunger Games.

Noah's specialties during his five years of training thus far even while maintaining an advanced education was; His cardio/stamina, his swordsmanship, staff-work to be atoned to a spear and other forms of long-handled weaponry, and more survivalist skills such as fire starting, rock climbing, swimming, and much more.

Spending so much time preparing for the possibility of competing in The Hunger Games yet Noah had no solid intentions of volunteering. He just wanted to be ready if it ever came down to it. And by now he was a capable fighter and knowledgeable survivalist, which made him a reliable Career-worthy Tribute.

Noah didn't have much of a personal life outside of school and training. He was close with the other students in the classes he took, and had grown bonds with the other potential Tributes of his District, especially the women because he would be paired with them, not another man if reaped. So it was all about how his life played out from there. He had the knowledge and strength to compete and most likely win in The Hunger Games, but he also had the same capabilities of living a full and healthy/wealthy life in District One. The differences being the risks of death or the chances of being reaped, which all was only a problem until he graduated and was nineteen.
