Age: 14
Gender: Female
District/Area: District 4
Appearance:
Celia ‘s main body composure is average, though more on the slender side. She is sixty four inches tall and weighs a hundred and fifteen pounds. Her arms and fingers are a bit long to match the rest of her body, which makes her a very fast swimmer. Celia wasn’t born with legs as strong as her arms but years of spending a lot of time in the water has improved her speed on foot. However, her footsteps are rather loud, which would be to her disadvantage if she is ever reaped for the Hunger Games.Personality:
Celia has blonde hair that flows almost all the way down her back. It has a little brown mixed in, as well as a few gradual waves. Her eyes are a subtle green; her skin is light and burns easily. To go along with all the light colors, Celia’s eye brows and lashes are a darker color than the rest of her hair, which could look unnatural if emphasized. In order to make her skin tan and not burn, she wears a special sun tan lotion. Mostly, however, Celia goes with her natural look.
Celia doesn’t just let things get by her easily. She likes to know exactly what’s going on at all times, and she has her ways of finding out about them. She, herself, likes to keep secrets, but she doesn’t like it when other people do. If there’s something that you’re not telling Celia, and she knows it (which is something that she is exceptionally good at), then she’ll be at you in no time. One problem that this comes with is that if she is on to something, and focusing on it, alone, she might miss something important, like, say, someone coming at her with a knife.History:
When Celia hears something that she doesn’t like, mainly something negative about her or her appearance, she can get extremely irritated at the person. One thing she’ll probably never dare admit, to her or anyone else is that she gets very anxious about a lot of things. These things include her appearance and trying new weapons. She always wants to look her best, and to appear tough. Like most teens, she wants the looking her best part to seem as effortless as possible.
Celia isn’t the type of person who, as soon as they get into the Hunger Games arena, joins the career pack and starts fighting and killing as soon as possible, with a big reputation. She may be from a career district, but should she ever be reaped, Celia plans to remain on her own until the right time. On the other hand, she would try to kill anyone who got in her way, without hesitation. Or after getting useful information out of them. She usually knows what she’s doing, unless, like in a previous example, she is dedicating all of her strength and brain power to finding something out, and that thing could even be trying to locate the person who turns out to be her assassin.
Celia lives in a middle class (when compared to all of the homes in district four) home with her parents. Her whole life her parents, two very serious people, have been pushing her into shape for the Hunger Games, in case she ever gets reaped. Like her brother Stefan who had been ten months older than her. When she was very young Celia didn’t quite understand what the Games were; just some television show her parents wanted her to audition for. Nothing like a bunch of teenagers all thrown in an arena and fighting to the death in reality.Codeword: <img src=
When she found out the truth (from Stefan), Celia wouldn’t believe it at first. After it being confirmed that he was telling the truth, though, she deserted Stefan for nearly a month. And when she finally accepted it, at about the age of seven, Stefan taught her to embrace the Hunger Games. It was what held society together. After all, the Capitol knew what it was doing. Panem was the perfect society. Utopia. Celia agreed with all of it, and still agrees, mostly.
When Celia was twelve Stefan got reaped for the Hunger Games. Never before had Celia realized how much she cared about him. Celia was always watching, always praying for him. She knew from the beginning that he wouldn’t make it. Both of them did, for he was so much younger and smaller than the rest of the tributes. It had been the girl from their own district, Four, that killed him. On that day, Celia pledged to never trust anybody she didn’t really know. Thinking you knew someone wasn’t enough; you had to know the facts about them, always make sure you knew as much about everybody as you could possibly get your hands on.
