Lilliana Leery~ District 4

Lily is a blonde haired blue eyed fifteen year old girl who has spent all of her live living along the shores of the ocean in District 4 leaving her to be fairly tan. Lily is always smiling and is rarely seen sad so most people think that she has never been seen without a smile. Because she is still living in the districts she doesn't have access to being clean always so she can get fairly dirty. But she luckily isn't always dirty due to the fact that she is in the water all the time, so she is partially clean, but not completely. She is clean by water, but doesn't have access to soap, etc.

Lily is a small petite girl at the height of 5'2" and 100 lbs. but has been kept fairly well feed through her years in District 4 due to the fact that her family would keep food for themselves illegally. Though when Lily was 9 when she was catching crabs one of the crabs gave her a long scar down her left leg. Lily always is out in the water wearing shorts or a swimsuit so it is always showing and people are always asking.

Lily is a complete younger sister always looking up to her older sister Crislyn. Crislyn is her biggest idol and Lily would do anything to be as perfect as she thinks Crislyn is. But Lily is the fiery younger one who is always trying to be perfect at the same time as being her crazy self.

Lily is an extremely hard worker and is out in the water fishing every day. That was always how she grew up and her parents have always pushed her to do her best and try her hardest. So that is what Lily does. She tries her hardest at everything that she does. But Lily is extremely loud and her loudness tends to annoy everyone around her except for her close friends.

Lily is also a wild child. There have been many occasions when she was supposed to be fishing, but she just ended up playing in the water and having a fun time instead. She still gets her work done, just not always as quickly as she should. Another one of Lily's flaws is that she is deathly afraid of crabs. This becomes a problem a lot because she does much of her work in the water and on the beach where there are crabs. And whenever Lily sees a crab she runs. So sometimes fishing doesn't work out that well.

Lilliana Leah Leery was born to David and Marie Leery on July 21st at 3:43 am. She had an older sister who at that time was 2 years old. Lilliana was named after her cousin who had been in the Hunger Games and died. Lilliana has never gone by Lilliana, she always has gone by Lily because she feels Lilliana is trying to bring back her dead cousin and she doesn't like that.

When Lily was just learning how to walk her parents immediately taught her how to swim. It was one of those things that was a must for her. She went to school just for a little while every day and then was out in the water fishing and looking for food. One day when her family was having a really hard time with their food Lily decided that she was going to disobey the rules of the District and smuggle food home for her family.

But this wasn't how it was for her sister. The older Crislyn had always been the beauty of the District and had attracted some of the young men who's parents had more power in the district. This lead Crislyn to lead a much better life than the rest of her family and was a bit selfish about it. This hurt Lily a lot.

Lily is privileged enough to be able to go to school part time. Lily normally spends half the day at school where she is the obnoxious girl who lots of people avoid. Lily normally then heads from school to her house for a quick lunch before she is off to the ocean for the remainder of the day fishing. Lily has grown up fishing and this schedule has always been a daily routine. Her family is rarely around, Crislyn is hanging out with the more popular people and her parents work 12 hour shifts at a place that processes the seafood that people, including Lily, bring in. All her life Lily has felt like she was extremely alone.
