For the five Mayors, they will each have recently won an election against an incumbent. For Absentia, it's up to you whether or not she has recently become President of Thirteen.

As with the previous Mayors, all of these Mayors already have brief bios (with of course license for your own creativity) as well as face claims which I will reserve immediately after this post, regardless of the status of the check. The bios are below the application form. You will have to audition for the Mayor of your choice. If you are selected to become the Mayor, only then can you make a full bio. If you already have a Mayor, you may not apply for a second one.
