Appearance:
Diana is a tanned skin girl with a petite body. Her dark brown hair frames her face. Her hair is usually worn in a braided ponytail. Her eyes are almond shaped with long eyelashes. The blue in her eyes is light and calm. She has an award winning smile that people admire. She is short which a fact she has had to deal with is. But even through years of small taunting about her size, she has accepted that is how she is.Personality:
She is 5”3 and 95 pounds, her arms skinny yet strong from years of helping in the forest with her dad. Speed is a trait of hers that make most kids her age admire how fast she can go, even when hauling heavy loads of wood. Whenever she is not around friends or family she gets sad and escapes into the trees but this is not that often, so she usually goes in the early morning for some peace and quiet. From all the years of climbing trees she has gained quite a few scars from being slashed by a sharp branches or cutting herself when she is craving something from wood. She has a habit of brushing her nose and winking when she is happy. Most of the time she wears a green tank top that goes very tight around her sides and loose brown shorts. When it is cold she wears a loose white jackets that, when zipped up, almost touches her chin. On the day of the reaping she wears a short white strapless dress that is laced at the bottom. She lets her hair hang down on the reaping days.
Diana Holly is a kind hearted person to the one she likes. Whenever she meets someone new she trys to become friends with them, when your life is gambled at this age its best to become friends with whoever you can, this is her personal motto and she shares it to her friends. She stays away from her home until dinner because there is nothing much to do there. She has no siblings and her mother and dad are always out working.History:
People have always trusted her due to her nice and fun nature. She gets bored really easily and will most likely take off if someone is being boring or annoying. She can be very flirty but she gets scared if a boy develops a crush on her. Diana trusts only a few even though she is really social and tells her deep secrets to a few. She also loves to hear the gossip around the town and laugh about all sorts of things.
Diana has a feeling in her that rages whenever someone she sees gets hurt or taunted. One time she saw her friend’s dad being taunted by a peacekeeper. She wanted to fling herself at the peacekeeper, even knowing that she would get hurt, but her dad took her by the arm. He always seemed to know what she was thinking. Whenever Diana gets bored she can get up to some trouble, even though she feels bad after. One day in the market a guy knocked over a booth but most of the apples stayed by the owner who was busy yelling at the guy. She sneaked by her and took a few apples. She felt bad the next day and went and bought something from the lady and slipped her some extra money.
Diana lives with her mom, Maria aged 40 and her dad, Karl aged 38. Her mom was surprised when she was pregnant with her, she and Karl did not want to have a child in case their child might have to go to the Games. They also did not have that much money to spare, her mom worked in the market, helping out in a vegetable stand, and her dad worked in the forest, they were not part of the richer people in the distract. But her dad always said when she became older that having her brought them more money and love.Codeword: odair
When Diana was growing up she watched the Hunger Games with an odd interest. She loved to watch the games but she hated the killing and the whole aspect but she liked it. Her parents did not want to talk about the Hunger Games but she talked about the games at dinner. At school she had many friends and spent most of her time with them. When she became 10 she started helping her dad in the forest, chopping trees and gathering them. Her father loved to see her little girl work and do good for the family.
At 12 when she attended her first reaping she felt like she was going to throw up, she did not want to leave and now when she had a small chance of going she did not feel like the Hunger Games were a thing to talk about anymore. After years of going through reaping she became sadder when she saw the faces of the families when their kid got picked to go. On a walk with her school at the age of 13 she saw a small boy being taunted by a couple of boys the same age as her. Her feeling of protection came in and she rushed over to some of her older friends to come and help her. She arrived and yelled that if they did not back off they would be dealing with her friends. The two boys instantly ran away. At 15 she had become a good worker and had brought in lots of money for her family by selling her cravings that she had developed a skill for.
