Maroon's looks reveal nothing about his true personality, which in his case, can be a good thing. He appears dark and often has an undefined expression across his mid-toned face. He maintains a steady weight, never really gaining or losing any weight. His hair is jet black and his brown eyes are almost as dark. He looks more intimidating than he really should.
Maroon's left kneecap is slightly deformed, causing him to somewhat limp when he walks. Due to this, Maroon uses crutches, and going without them causes him pain. His skin is free of scars, but not of cuts and bruises. He often has scrapes on his elbows and knees as well. Some of his fingers are not the correct length, causing him to have trouble gripping things properly.[/blockquote]Personality:
Maroon is always one to be in the spirit of things, which is quite a jump from some of the other members of his family. He loves, loves, loves to be able to do what he wants to, and not be cooped up with the family all day. He doesn't mind that he has more of a family now, but what he does mind is that it very well may take away the quantity of food he gets to eat. Being one of the younger ones in the family, he can be somewhat of a loner. Then again, sometimes he seems to be a loner by choice.
Maroon has a rather big appetite. Despite the fact he eats a lot, he stays about the same weight. He loves his family but they don't like when he shows it, so he's generally one to hide it. He's also learned to hide his feelings rather well. Maroon also is rather self-confident. Don't get on the wrong side of him though. If you mess with him or his family, he certainly won't be happy.
Maroon generally appears as a bit weak, and somewhat of a softie, but is obviously the misfit in the family. He is somewhat quiet and a good artist. Not being the most athletic, he isn't a very good runner. He only really gets along with his step-sister, Cygnus. Maroon is somewhat selfish at times, but generally thinks of others before himself.

After the youngest member of the Hunt family was born, the father died of a heart attack. The mother then remarried into the Putley family. Their family has grown, but not by too much, adding only a step-father, a step-sister and a step-sister in the games. Alaska; the step-sister in the games; was unaware of her father's remarrying, which took place before the 62nd games were over, seeing as though their father did not think that Alaska would approve. Some of the Hunts never met Alaska.
Maroon has quite a few sibilings, and being rather different from them, doesn't quite fit in. He is normally with his step-sister Cygnus, seeing as though she seems to not dislike Maroon too much. Being the loner, Maroon isn't with his sibilings much anyways. He loves his family more than anything in the world. He treasures their life and his own over anything else.
On a day to day basis Maroon can generally be found reading or drawing. Seeing as though it's hard for him to get around, he isn't out much.
