Louis has problems with his hair because he happens to have hair fall in the morning before he takes a bath. He has muscles which can be barely seen because he prefers to wear long sleeve shirts. Louis doesn't have a hairy chest. He wished he had one so could scare his sister away but unfortunately, he didn't have any. In fact, he wasn't really hairy at all. The only visible parts in his body that had hair was his head and his arms.
Louis grew up like every normal child in District 8. He was a certified bad boy in his district. He loved playing pranks and causing trouble. He was also a class clown. He was always the center of attention in his school due to his fiendish schemes.History:
Although he grew up being grounded all the time, Louis is not a spoiled brat. He would listen to his parents every time he believes that he has gone too far in making jokes. His parents also taught him to value an untarnished reputation. This lead him into making his philosophy on not judging a person based by their appearance or background. Even if Louis was a trouble maker, his parents still loved him with all their hearts.
When Louis grew up, he became a bit more serious with living. He doesn't cause much trouble like before. He wouldn't even cause chaos in his school anymore. He just became fascinated by the knowledge the world had to offer. He would read and read books about the life of people in districts but most of all, he would read about the... Hunger Games..
After reading all about the Hunger Games, his point of view in life totally changed. He began to hold grudges against the Capitol. The moment his parents found out about this, they confronted him and told him that they were against his political views. In a way, he was glad that he was no longer blind from the reality of corruption in the country of Panem. He is secretly trying to find goodness in the world.
Louis was born to a meager aristocracy in District 8. His family owned a couple of factories that made different textiles and uniforms for Peacekeepers. His mother works the warehouse manager so she made sure that the making of their cloth was fine. Louis has an older sister who dreams of becoming a famous Capitolite fashion designer. Louis is against the desire of sister wanting to be a capitol but even with all his opposition, his sister wouldn't bother listen to him.Codeword: odair
When Louis was 15 years old, he got influenced by his rebellious peers. He ventured into becoming an infamous bad boy at this age. This was also the time, he began to be fascinated by the habit of reading. His grades began to be higher and people began to respect him more. They tend to miss the bad boy Louis is but they also felt that he was growing up to be a better man.
He started to drink but kept a good front whenever it was needed. The moment his started his habitual drinking, his parents were disappointed in him. Louis has always loathed the Hunger Games but this loathing turned into hatred the moment he read about the differences between people living in Districts and people in the Capitol. The officers of District 8 would never allow the library to have books that contained bad things about Panem but one afternoon, Louis found himself at the very edge of the District 8 library. There he found dusty, old books that were written by the librarian himself. It talked about the harsh reality of the Hunger Games. Louis insisted on borrowing them but the librarian told him that it was risky. This left Louis no choice but to hide it and read it when no one was around. His parents try to get rid of this hatred but they just couldn't because Louis knew what was real and what was a lie. Due to his parents's opposition in his hatred towards the Capitol, he is secretly trying to find good by himself.
