He had on his training clothing and had a spear in his hand a useful weapon in his case." I'm ready to begin ",He threw the spear and it almost hit the head hitting the shoulder instead.He grabbed it and went back to retry.He sighed and threw it hitting it in the stomach." Why can't i hit it in the head perfectly " ,He grabbed it and threw it this time hitting the heart area which would kill his opponent.He charged at the dummy and kicked it with his foot hitting it brutally in the chest.

With his agility he quickly grabbed a dagger from his pocket and put it to the dummy's neck." Bow down my friend it's completely over for you " ,He cut the dummy's throat and smiled ,he heard a clap and his father was there watching him.

" What were you stalking me dad jeez "

" No i came to let you know how well i think your doing ".

He shrugged and got back to training he grabbed a spear and than took a step back with his power he threw it right in the dummies head." I finally got it right YES!!! " ,He smiled and sat down and was deep in thought for a moment.

Another perfect training session, another day of boring excellent performance. The dummy that had been Jayden's victim of the day was completely destroyed. It was lying on the training room floor hacked apart with a violent precision; the legs and arms were cut at the joint-the hips and shoulders. The arteries in the chest in torso had been pierce by incredibly accurate arrows. The head was in the worst shape. It had been hacked to shreds with the "eyes" gouged out. That was what Jayden had been taught to do from an early age. When you were fighting, you had to kill. There was no option because it was them or you. Not that anyone would care if it was her that lost and was killed, she had a very strong sense of self preservation.

She walked over to the dummy pieces and pulled the arrows free and put them back into the quiver on her side. the knives that she had used to hack the dummy to pieces were stored in a ouch on her left hip and the bow was slung across her back.There was nothing eventful about this day just like there was nothing eventful about her life.

She walked back to her corner of the training room. It really was her own, no body ever came near here and the corner was the coolest spot in the entire room. After working up a sweat practicing her hand to hand combat skills it felt good to sit in the frigid corner before taking a shower. Jayden sat in the corner, her legs outstretched in front of her, and surveyed the activity around her.

The room was full of teenagers and adults. The instructers were all dressed in the same uniforms so it was impossible to tell them apart from a distance. And they were all giving orders in the same way. A strong, commanding, no nonsense tone that implied severe consequences if their orders were not followed to the T.

As she watched the room she heard a cheer. Turning around until she found the source of the source of the cheering. It was another teenager who had managed to spear the dummy through the head. It had been something that she had seen him working at all day. A man walked over to him, a smile on his face that could only be parental pride. Jayden had to admit, she was jealous.

He got up and grabbed a dagger since he was 12 this year he'd might get selected for the games which scared him his training had not yet gotten to a high level yet. He threw the dagger and hit the dummies neck paralyzing someone if they were realistic. He took out another dagger and charged at the dummy this time he rolled and then stuck the knife in the dummies chest. He ran back and grabbed a spear throwing it at the dummies head.

" Hey dad since your here fetch me a snack "

" How about when your done "

" Whatever " ,He frowned and than kicked the dummy with his foot and than dodged behind it and stuck his knife in the spinal area making the being fall down helpless.A man walked up next to his dad and started talking to him.

" Hey Jackson i am your trainer Mike " ,He held out his hand and shook it.

" Okay what are you gonna teach me "

" To use your ability's to your advantage "

He used his speed to dodge behind the dummy and than thrust the spear right in the back killing the dummy.He ran to the other one and broke the head off with his elbow snapping it's head off taking a lot of work.

This kid is erratic Jayden thought as she watched the kid take on dummy after dummy. There wasn't much form, or forethought. He just attacked like a wild animal. Sure he was young, that much was obvious, but if he wasn't careful he was going to hurt himself or someone else. And the other kids, he older ones especially, would not take kindly to that. She watched the kid go after the dummies and couldn't wrap her head around why he was moving so crazily. If he got reaped and fought that way in the Games then the other tributes would take him out first because he was too much of a liability to himself and no one would want to form even a brief alliance with him. She thought about going closer and watching more, but would he listen to anything she had to say? Kids could be rather difficult.

He stood and the trainer signaled for him to come toward him.He pivoted his foot and than did a 90 degrees turn and charged dodging the blow the trainer gave him.He use his foot to dropkick the trainer and than the trainer grabbed his hand and threw him off.

" You got lucky " ,He jumped and put the dagger to the trainers neck but instead got kicked in the stomach.

" Listen kid you need form something you lack deeply "

" I don't need form you idiot " ,Jackson ran behind the teacher and grabbed his shirt collar and pulled him down the trainer fell and Jackson had a knife to his neck.

" You lack a lot of....Bravery " , He smirked and than grabbed a spear and threw it at the dummy right in the chest killing the dummy if it was alive.He sat down and gripped a pendant that said district 2 his only pride.He awoke and look to his side were a girl was standing there.

" What you looking at woman? " ,He gave a sadist type of face expression and got up and grabbed a bow and arrow.He pulled it back and shot it hitting the ribs of the dummy.

"You're like a little hurricane. Careful you don't blow yourself out kid."

Almost as an after thought she pulled the last dagger that she hadn't put up and chucked it over her shoulder without paying too much attention to where she was throwing it. It stuck itself directly in the eye of a dummy down to the hilt.
