Nolan James Parker - District 1 [FINSIHED]

Nolan is in shape. Since he works out everyday he doesn't have an ounce of fat on him. He also has defined muscles from lifting weights in his training. He runs in the sun every morning so he is fairly tan. He isn't as dark as some from the lower districts who work outside all day, but it doesn't matter to him.

He has hazel eyes and light brown hair. He is a little short for his age standing at only 5'3". He weighs 125 lbs though, a lot of it is from muscle. He has skin problems that he wishes he could get rid of, but he has tried everything and nothing has worked. He wears really nice clothing, almost as nice as the clothes in the Capital. He has the best workout clothes District 1 has to offer.

Nolan means confidence. That is the reason his father named him that. He wanted his boy to radiate confidence and Nolan does. He is so confident about himself he is cocky. He knows he is going to win the next Hunger Games. There is no doubt in his mind. He is very competitive. He gets into any game more then he should, but he doesn't care. He wants to win no matter what.

He is a leader. He enjoys taking charge and telling people what to do and he is very good at it. People tend to listen to him because of the confidence he radiates. When his father brings in a team of people for him to lead through the obstacle course of the day (and they are different every day) he takes them through safely every time.

He is also isn't afraid to make friends, use them, then through them away. His father taught him this for the sake of the games. He is suppose to get a group together, kill everyone not in the group, then kill everyone in the group. He is very ruthless. He can be a loving person when he wants to be though. He cares about other people as long as it won't cost him his life.

Nolan has always knew he was made to be in the Hunger Games. Even as a child it was all he would dream about. He started training as a career as soon as he could walk. He has no other brothers or sisters because his father wanted to focus on him and only him. They lived on the wealthier side of town so he didn't have to work or make money for his family. He concentrates on becoming a career and his dream is to be in the next Hunger Games. He feels ready and knows that he will win.

His mother disappeared when he was about 9 years old. People talked about it for months always asking his dad if he knew what happened to her. He always told people he didn't know, but he wouldn't talk about it at home. About 3 years later Nolan's father finally told him his mother became an Avox. That rocked his world. He didn't understand why his mother would do anything against the capital. They were living the the wealthiest part of the wealthiest district. His father never revealed to Nolan why his mother turned into an Axon.

His father doesn't work. Their family has been wealthy for a long time and it keeps getting passed down from person to person. Their wealth comes from winning the Hunger Games. Every male in his family has won the Hunger Games. There are a few descents of his who haven't won, but they do not claim them to be Parkers. His father spends all day training Nolan so that he doesn't become one of those shunned Parkers.
