Okay, so I got this idea from my District 2 girl Saphire Butterfly. She has an interesting family full of different personalities and ideals. Here are the available characters

The Butterflies

Monarch Butterfly-Open Saphires father. Doesn't approve of many guys because he thinks that it will distract Saphire from becoming a career. He likes Gordy though because he's a smoothe talker. Her father is a serious man who has no time for messing around. Doesn't understand that his daughter doesn't want to be a career like him. He's also a bit vain about his appearance and he rules the house, as his name says
Violet Copper Butterfly-open Saphires mom. She's a little more carefree than Monarch and doesn't really care whether her daughter is a career or not. She tries to look out for Saphire but can't really stand up against her husband because she's a little bit more timid when it comes to standing up against him. She's caring about Saphire and her siblings.
~~Cranberry Butterfly-~~[FireRaven23] Saphires sister. She's sweet but she has a bit of a tart temper if she's messed with. She's a bit older than Saphire and has a huge rivalry with her. She is a career and has always done things better than her sister. She wants their fathers approval more than anything in the world because she really respects their father. She doesn't have time for boys and will snap at any of them who flirt with her.

The Possessive "Boyfriend"

Gordy Wright-open Saphires supposed Boyfriend. He forced her into the relationship without her consent and told everyone in the district that they were dating. He's trouble but he won't let Saphire do anything about it because being with her makes him look good. He's also a career who fell in love with Saphire after she and Mason broke up. He's a bit of an ass and he's overprotective.

Character wanted: Cranberry Butterfly
Why you want them: She sounds like a fun character to RP. I've always liked having rivals.
What you plan to do with them: I was hoping to focus lots on her rivalry with her sister, and perhaps how she's trying to impress her father. I'd probably have her training a lot, and might RP her as slightly tsunder-ish, just 'cause the description of her being 'sweet with a tart tempter' gives off a tsunder air (rhyme intended).
One thing from their past: Cranberry use to skip training, to be with friends and with Sapphire. But her father eventually caught on to what she was doing, and after a lot of yelling, and a slap to the face, Cranberry began taking her training very seriously, and started trying to impress her father, to the point of being less social to impress him.

Cranberry was running laps around her block, with a taciturn face, being sure her father Monarch was watching. It was a hot day, the sun beating down on Cranberry's sweaty, dehydrated body. It was her final lap, until a small lunch, then she'd be working on knife throwing. Her jog turned into a run, as she got excited to show her father her knife throwing abilities. She finished quickly, panting loudly a quickly from all of her time working.

After a quick lunch, and lots of water, Cranberry was in the back yard with Monarch, who was holding several knives. A circular target was across from them, many feet away, rippling in the warmth of the sunlight, teasing Cranberry with its tiny red center. Tall wooden fences surrounded the yard, making sure they wouldn't be disturbed by peacekeepers. She grabbed the cool knives from Monarch, and squinted her eyes to aim at the target. She cocked her arm, and threw the knife.

It hit near the center. Her father continued looking serious, but Cranberry hoped he was impressed. She threw her second knife. It hit the side. Cranberry wasn't impressed, and Monarch didn't seem happy either. She looked away, not wanting to see that look in his face. She had two knives left to make him happy. She threw the first knife, which hit at the opposite end of the first knife. She had one more chance. She aimed very carefully, and threw. Dead center. She hid her enthusiasm, as her father smirked, and went to grab the knives. She knew training would go well for the rest of the day.

Not sure if I should do more, hope this is fine.
