[D4] ACTIVITY GROUP! [PLOT]

From the creator of 'The Neptunes', a brand new plot...

Everybody knows District 4 is a coastal district, and they have a beach where the fishermen use nets or tridents to catch fish and make a living out of it. Right? No! That's not the only thing the residents of District 4 use the beach for. There has been an activity group set up, for the all-important Cup of the Seas. The Cup of the Seas is a trophy that is the color of the ocean in District 4. Whichever young teenager is awarded the Cup will be honored around the district, and they will keep the Cup of the Seas as a souvenir. During the games period, the District 4 activity group set out to the beach and begin their experience. It lasts a month in game time, and however much time it takes in real time.

If you would like to break out your rarely used D4 character and put them to some use, I strongly recommend you compete in this tournament! There is a very simple form to fill out, and you can enter a limit of 2 characters into this tournament! Will you be the next winner of the District 4 Activity Month? Shall you be awarded the Cup of the Seas? We will find out!
