Pheonix has deep, dark brown eyes with light brown specks that look like two pieces of chocolate chip cookies. His hair is pulled all the way around, occasionally messy because of the work on the farm. He is pretty muscular, and he usually has the same blank expression on his face.
Pheonix is 69 inches tall and 135 pounds, making him underweight. Although his speed makes up for it. He is one of the fastest runners in District 10, which helps him when he works in the fields with the livestock, when he literally needs to go on a wild goose chase. (Face claim: Baptiste Giabiconi)
Personality: Pheonix enjoys anything to do with running events. As stated above, he is one of the fastest runners in District 10. He hates school, Pheonix knows it's a waste because everybody in their District works in the livestock fields. Only the occasional person gets another job other then working with the animals.
Pheonix is a very quiet guy. He'll often only talk to his closest of friends. Sometimes he'll yell at you if you start annoying him. Very aggressive, even with his friends if you say one thing wrong he'll try to prove a point, even if it isn't correct. See history.
Some other traits (other then flaws) is that he is really connected wit the people who he loves or is friends with. He is very athletic, which I probably already mentioned as he's a good runner. He hates the Capitol and The Hunger Games, but he still watches it. Pheonix always roots for the underdog.
History: Pheonix was born February 23rd at the local apothecary (as there are no hospitals in District 10). As a child, Pheonix was a fun-loving, care free child. He rode horses 24/7. His parents adored him. Although they were poor, Pheonix still enjoyed his life.
Pheonix's parents lied to him saying The Hunger Games was just all acting. When Pheonix found out the truth, he had a total change of personality. From happy, fun loving guy to unfriendly, shy boy. Before he knew that, he thought the Capitol was the best place ever, but soon discovered that it was the most terrible place ever. Pheonix couldn't help but ball when he found out that actual kids from districts have been killed just for the Capitol's entertainment, and that soon he might be one of them. He silently worked with his animals, and no one could break him out of his shell. When finally he had to participate in the reaping, his attitude changed completely.
Pheonix didn't care what people said about him. Whenever he caught someone talking behind his back, he often gave the person a good comeback. Everyday he walked into town, he heard people snickering at him because of the way he acted.
