distinguishing features , Fleur's hair is kind of short, kind of long. Kind of shoulder length. You can really tell how long her hair is. She has it in a style that most people in District 11 wouldn't put it up in. She's always trying to look her best and unique, even when she's just going out to work on the fields.
Fleur's clothing style is pretty unique as well. She's often wearing clothing you'd see in modern times. People think she's quite weird for her clothing style, but all she wants to do is feel unique and different from everybody else. She often wears knit sweaters and hats. Since you wouldn't be able to buy these clothing in District 11, she makes them herself with a sewing machine which is just about broken.
Fleur's physical condition isn't very well. She's really skinny and most likely underweight. Fleur only has a bit of muscle from work on farms. But she still isn't extremely muscular and strong. She isn't fast at running, due to her height. If she was put in the Hunger Games she'd most likely be the first one to die.

overall personality , Fleur is kind of in her own world. She's always wandering away, looking at birds and everything around her. She has an interesting way of thinking, she thinks every thing, no matter what it is, has one thing that's beautiful about it. During conversations, she'll often stop to look at something, pointing out it's features.
Fleur always loved to climb trees. At night, she'd dream of growing wings and flying up to the sky, and she thinks that climbing trees is the closest she'll get. Fleur is really absent minded, and when she's in school, the teachers often tell her she needs to pay more attention in class. She's sometimes considered an 'airhead' and stupid. She's mostly avoided at school due to her personality.
Fleur also isn't good in fights. Physical or mental, she prefers walking away rather then staying and fighting. She's bad at making comebacks and will stutter and try and think of what to say. Fleur's not an extremely good talker, either. But she still talks a lot. If she's getting abused, she'll most likely stand there and let the person do it, crying. Fleur is really imaginative.

history , Fleur's life consisted of working on the fields since she could walk. Her personality hadn't really developed back then - she was just like an average kid. It was about until she was 7 she started noticing the beauty of the surroundings around her. Fleur's parents did not approve of her personality.
Since she was 7, her parents started acting less and less nice to Fleur. They started ignoring her questions and her talking. Fleur's parents became less distant with Fleur, when Fleur confronted them about it and asked why they were so distant. That's when her father slapped her, and Fleur was traumatized about it since that day. Fleur cried for days, she loved her parents and didn't want to grow distance to them like she was. Fleur wasn't allowed to go out unless it was to work on the fields, so she occasionally snuck out. Then she'd get in a lot of trouble after, and she hated getting in trouble.
Fleur became really close to her younger sister, Felicity and her cat, Sketch. Fleur got Sketch when she was younger, she found the cat wondering around the fields destroying some of the crops. Fleur took Sketch in. Fleur's parents began abusing Fleur and her sister Felicity, saying 'you're becoming dumb because of Fleur'. The abuse impacted Fleur and she stopped talking with everybody but her sister. Fleur sometimes pretended that her cat, Sketch, could talk to her and she could talk back. Fleur loves to sing - she'll hum at the fields all the time and even sometimes breaks out into a full song she heard when she was a kid. She has been singing since she was a little child, of course it wasn't good back then, but she still loved to sing.
