Sinq Dagnell // District 12 [DONE]

Sinq has white hair, and blue eyes. He his pale skin, and his hair spiky and puffy, and some what long. Sinq is skinny, and is 114 lbs, he stands 138 cm. His arms are suited to his height, and he has a scar across his left eye.

For his fashion, Sinq has a maroon tang-top, and black elbow clothes, with several rips around them. He has baggy pants, that are tan in color, with green stripes which are jagged around the edges around the pants. He also has a neck less around his neck, with a small white stone. Along with that, he wears black boots.

Sinq is cheeky, cheerful, and mischievous. He is a quick thinking person, and can react to things and come up with a plan. When praised, or complimented, he gets embarrassed. Sinq has a fear of the unknown, and freeze's when he is lost, and doesn't know what to do.

Sinq is loyal to his friends, and has a habit of complaining when things get tough. Despite that, Sinq will put others before himself, without being concerned about his life. Sinq is also cautious, and takes mental notes on anything that might seem out of place.

Sinq also has a bloodlust. His ruthlessness and aptitude in killing others shows the other side of him. Deadly, violent and bloodthirsty. Has has a hard time making up his mind as well when it comes to difficult and unfamiliar conflicts.

Sinq was born in District 12, and was abandoned by his parents in the woods. Left as a baby, he had nowhere to go, no one to look up to. He was alone. Then, one day a woman appeared before him.

Her name was Ava. She was tall, skinny, and wore a beat up old skirt, black in color, and an old white T-shirt. Ava took him in, and raised him. By the age of 8, he began training in martial arts. Ava was a master of a hidden art, from when Panem was North America. It was an assassination art. He trained in stealth, combat, and speed. When he was 13, he came to the hut that him and Ava lived in, and found her dead, with a knife in her for head and a symbol he didn't know. Sinq took the neck less from her neck, as a way to remember her.After that, Sinq ran, and ran.

He finally reached a gate. He was just outside of District 12. He found a small opening, and went in. From that day on, he had lived in an abandoned house on the outskirts of town. So far, he has spent a year in District 12.

Sinq was trained by Ava for only four years, so he hasn't completely mastered the assassination art. He is very weak against long ranged weapons, but an expert at close combat and stealth.
