Stained Transactions [[Contract Death/Slavery]]

What do we have here? A valued customer? Please come in. In our building in District 6, you will have just to sign a contract to receive your medical desires. Of course we are willing to do other services, but you will have to be specific. As to our contract, you are to take full responsibility of paying off your items and services.
Let's go over the main clauses that should be kept in mind.
Clause 1: Employing
- You must fill out the employee application completely and with best effort to be considered amongst our staff and elites.
- There is no set limit on how many employees the corporation may be hired; however, we are allowed the right to deny or hold off applications if the organization is holding too many staff members.
- All wishing to be employed must visit District 6, for the base is located there. We do not meet possible employees for any business anywhere else whatsoever. There will not be any time we visit other locations for business with employee applicants.

Clause 2: Customer Dealing
- Customers are to be respectful to the Stained Transactions staff and elites. Any failure to do so might bring consequences, including the hiking of prices, rejection to hand over goods, etc.
- Any forms from customers must be filled out completely.
- Customers must meet with the Stained Transactions group either in District 6 or the forest.
- Customers that do not pay for their items and services must pay through other means, by services or otherwise.
[/li][li] Luna's note: Okay, I know it says that those that don't pay up for the items and services will have to pay for it by other means... but that's actually the point of this group. We want people that can't pay for their orders or refuse to pay. That will be the basis of our threads. The staff will force the customers that haven't paid for the drugs do ridiculous and malicious actions to make up for the loss. So, please, when you sign up for the group, keep in mind your character is NOT supposed to have paid, unless you can come up with a good plot that has you paying for the full price and the group not just leaving.[/color][/justify]

Clause 3: Items and Services
- Customer may purchase any and all drugs, as long as the Stained Transactions group has the drug(s) in stock.
- The Stained Transactions group accepts services, as long as the service and kind of service is detailed and/or explained.
- The Stained Transactions group is reserved the right to deny services and/or the purchasing of drugs, within reason.
- The Stained Transactions group is reserved the right to judge a pricing of a drug and/or service, to their best discretion, should the terms and/or procedures to obtain said drug and/or service strays from the original terms and/or procedures.
- To be stated clearly, the organization does not accept immediately any desire to perform murder and/or assassination attempts onto other parties not the customer him or herself.
- The Stained Transactions group is reserved the right to demand outrageous tasks from an nonpaying customer, as any such demands were brought upon by the customer's unwilling to expend for their wishes.
- The Stained Transactions group does not accept requests aimed to be done in another District or area. Customers are to receive and/or have done their requests in District 6 or the Open Forest areas.
[/li][li] Luna's note: Should be self-explanatory, though wordy. You may put down pretty much any drug, and the group will say if they can obtain and deliver it to you. Services are determined acceptable or not upon what you want from us. Murder/assassinate of other people's characters MUST supply a consent saying this is okay. Yes, we'll take hitman-type jobs, but we/you MUST get consent from the person saying it was alright. Also, we don't accept requests that are to be done in other Districts, like steal fish in D4 if your character is from D1. That would be hard to get the money on the day we perform the task. (Note that I didn't say the stolen fish would be given to you; that's a totally acceptable and different story).[/color][/justify]

Clause 4: Terms of Money Expenditure
- The Stained Transactions group's deadline for payment is always when the Stained Transaction member(s) go to deliver and/or perform drugs and/or services, respectively.
- There is interest to be calculated should the payment be not made within the day the delivery and/or service is done.
- The Stained Transactions group expects the appropriate payment to be made immediately. No minute shall pass before the organization administers demands.
- The payment amount administered is exact. No exceptions.
- The Stained Transactions group does not do loans, 'I-owe-you's, any prolonged payment of the sort.
- The organization only accepts cash and/or coins, else known as 'physical money'. No exceptions.
[/li][li] Luna's note: Again, pretty self-explanatory. No checks, credit cards, 'I-owe-you' sort of payments/pay-backs. You are to be expected to pay the money at the moment. The group is pretty picky; and, if they don't receive it ONCE they ask you, you are then required to do the slavery/death. Money is EXACT at the moment; you cannot be short off a coin. Interest will hike if they start to get pissed at you/you keep messing up/etc.[/color][/justify]

Semper's note: I know that all is rather wordy, but here's a basic summary: everyone of all writing levels is welcome to join, we WANT customers that aren't able to pay so we can have interesting threads and scenarios, and we'd prefer criminal-like characters to join but it's alright if you want to sign up someone that has no criminal history ^^ Like I said, everyone is welcome to join!
