And in the winter night sky ships are sailing,
Looking down on these bright blue city lights.

There is a group of kids wandering District nine, causing trouble and making life miserable for the Peacekeepers. A band of thieves, out to “steal from the rich, and give to the poor” they think of themselves as assistance to the poor rather than an annoyance or even hindrance to the rich. These kids are out to cause hell for the Capitol. Not quite to the scale of a full-blown revolution, but they aren't above stealing from Peacekeepers and even beating on them. How many kids had wished to be Robin Hood, now Panem had its own little band of Merry Men.

Viktor Krowend - Male {fifteen} [Taken by Me]

If any of them were to be Robin Hood, it would be Viktor. He may not be the oldest or strongest, but he's most certainly the quickest in wit, and also one of the most devious. Truthfully, he is good at heart, but the tricks he pulls on those he deems as needful of fixing are enough to make him respected by the others. He always has a dagger on him, sitting on a cloth strap around his waist that goes on under his clothes. There is a small blade in the side of his right boot as well. In the forest he's stashed a bow, and is good with it, he plays down his abilities but he is a much better archer than he claims to be.

Lauser Dunin - Female {fifteen} [Open]

She's determined to join the boys on their troublemaking, but is always refused. Each time getting some excuse about it being too dangerous, or that she wouldn't be able to handle herself. She was raised to be a lady, and the boys are trying to respect her parents wishes, though she can be just as scary as any grown up they have ever faced. She is dating one of the boys pick one, I don't really care and he is the one that most strongly insists that she stays out of the fights.

Fy Tore - Female {sixteen} [Open]

The only female that the boys have allowed to join in the fighting, Fy is the one who specializes in hand-to-hand combat, more so than the wall that is Curear. She uses her lighter frame and higher speed to deal quick damage while dodging the heavy blows of her opponents. She can have a vicious temper, and will get something if she wants it. It didn't take long for the boys to realize that if they didn't let her join them, she'd kick their butts and make them allow her to join or go off on her own. No choice left in the matter, they let her join.

Tryb Yoot - Female {thirteen} [Taken by Raseri]

Young, but small and quick, she acts as a message between the others, with a good memory so she doesn't require a written message. If there is ever a call to arms, she is the one to spread it. Her weapon is a slingshot, and she only uses when someone is tailing her, or if she gets into a tough spot. The boys would never let her go with them on a raid, let alone join in the fight. She will, however, sometimes accompany them on their little treks into the forest.

Fhal En - Male {sixteen} [Open]

While he may not hold the same appearance as the legend of Friar Tuck, he has a very similar personality. For the most part he is quite jovial, optimistic and friendly, however if he becomes annoyed he can end up spurting a serious string of curses that makes even Hongar impressed.

Blaud Beth - Male {fourteen} [Open]

like a puppy toward Viktor, he uses a dagger sometimes, but otherwise he likes to do hand-to-hand combat. He is like Much the Millers' son, and has parents who are millers. MORE COMING LATER

Curear Traned - Male {seventeen} [Open]

Like "Little John", he's not very little, in fact he is the tallest with reaching 6'9" in height. He is the one who trained them all in the method of self-Defense both with and without weapons. He originally lived in District one, but his parents were caught smuggling drugs and taken to the detention center when he was fourteen. He was sent to District nine where his brother, a Peacekeeper at the time, was stationed. His brother was later sent on assignment somewhere and never returned, no information was ever released about his death, and so Curear now lives with whichever of the boys have an open couch. He was the first of the group to meet Viktor, and they had been friends since he did. He is a bit of the quiet type, but around the guys he can be very friendly and open.

Hongar Gaemez - Male {sixteen} [Open]

Similar to Will Scarlet, he is a newer addition to the band. He is also the swordsman of the group, though inside the District he uses a long dagger hidden on his hip under his shirt. He also has other blades hidden on him, a razor blade in the top of his left boot, and a switchblade strapped to his right thigh. He is quick with his tongue, and can spit harsh words as easily as he fights with a sword. He originated from another District, and had been a Wanderer for a short time.
