Once upon a time, in the land called Panem, on just a normal spring day, a beautiful baby was born. Her name was Crystal and she was lovely. Unfortunately, this story is actually about the bith of a rather unexciting child on some day a long time ago.

Her name was Ansastasia,and all through herlife, she grew up being different. She was smarter than your average Joe. Although she didn't actually know anyone named Joe and would much rather have been compared to a girl, maybe Average Sue, if you will.

Anastasia had dreams, she wanted to travel the world. Being in district 10, she was granted that permission if she had the proper skill. She was destined to suceed, to live... until that unfateful day.

Tuesday, 3:24 pm eastern time. The wind was howling, and many people were satdning in the square waiting for the reaping to begin. Anastasia's number was called. I meant name, I'm too lazy to go back and change it even though it's taking longer to write this.And she felt like her whole world was caving in.

Rocko Hopkins. District 6. Rocko is in the middle of a love triangle..
Rocko has a twin sister named Veronica. And Veronicas boyfriend died in the hunger games a year ago. She hasn't really gotten over it and Rocko is very protective of her. Jango is a guy who likes veronica, but Veronica doesn't like him, but is starting to. Rocko hates his guts. Clarisse, Veronica's friend loves Rocko. And Rocko loves her but doesn't want to say anything. Anstasia has allied up with Rocko and is starting tofind him annoyingly attractive. And there's this girl Serenity who seems to be friends with one of those people.. 0.o

Um... I'm going to say yes.
1. I'm am allied with 2 different people, all from different districts, with different skills.
2. I'm one of the oldest tributes.

Question#1: Why does your character deserve to win the Hunger Games?

Because he's one o' them good guys. If we're going for deserving reasons, anyways. He tries to get along with everyone and be the best he can be. That's also a reason why he could win. He's determined. He loves life, and wouldn't want to lose his humanity. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, but if he could win, he believes he could change the world for better.

Yeah, and all that inspiring crap that people talk about. He's like Peeta, you know? Minus the entire "Oh no! Katniss was picked! I love her! I'll die for her!" Actually, Colton's a bit like that, just not in love... And don't think I hate Peeta or anything, 'cause it's quite the opposite and... Shoot, I'm rambling again. Sorry...

Question#2: If you had to pick another tribute to win the Hunger Games, who would it be? Why?

Anastasia Estrange. Maybe. It was a pretty awesome post. ;D Also, maybe Iris Brookside or Ruby Georges. They are both sort of friends of Colton's (at least, as close as you can get when you're about to possible murder each other in a game meant to amuse a bunch of malignant, savage people who lack their own personalities). He likes both of them and he feels a need to protect them. They were all also pretty high up there in training scores, with Iris having the highest yet. Colton thinks that she might have a chance of winning.

There will probably be someone who's been working on their training session for a while now, and it's absolutely brilliant and deserves like, an eleven or twelve, but that hasn't happened YET, so...

Question#3: Do you believe that your tribute has a chance to win?

Yes. As I've said before, he's determined. He doesn't want to die. He has a family (overused and boring, I know), and his horse. He's had that horse for seven years, and it means the world to him. Nothing can change how he feels about it. Not the Games, not death...He wants to experience the rush of air and the thrilling ride on Sherif again.

Also, his entire life he has tried to be as likable as possible. He tries to be the best. That doesn't mean he gets overly competitive. It means he knows what to do, and when to do it. He also knows how to survive in the wild. He's spent days riding and has sometimes had to survive by himself, without anyone to help. He may be "only thirteen", but he got a pretty high training score for someone his age.

So, um, don't count him out. Yeah, that's it.
