Machael Norwood District 7

Machael Norwood is tall. He is about 5'11". He has a long face, and deep gray eyes, that his girlfriend describes as being like super novas. He has a few moles scattered across his face, and his nose is a little large. He has long dirty blonde hair that goes down to the back of his neck. He has a tan because he spends a lot of time outside, and is a very skinny kid, and is also very fit. Machael has long arms, and legs, which grant him some speed, but he sometimes trips over his large feet.
He always wears the same sort of clothes. A single color t-shirt, usually in shades of red, and he wears shorts. His shoes are sandals, because he claims that his feet are claustraphobic. He has two hats, that he changes based on the season. During Summer and Fall, he wears a handsome black straw Fedora, with a gray checkered band above the rim. During Winter and Spring, he wears a leather cap, which looks like it may have come out of Oliver Twist.

Machael is a kind person. He uses any spare money from his job to buy extra food for the kids he see's starving on the streets. He has said if he is to kind, and that could prove dangerous some day.
He's also hot-headed. He loves getting into fights with people. Machael is always looking for an excuse, ranging from "He made a joke about kids getting killed in the Hunger Games!" to "He mispronounced my name again!" (Incidentally, his name's pronounced Mak-Ale, not Mah-Shale).
Machael is a thoughtful person as well. He will spend time trying to figure out whether or not he should do something. His friends think of him as dumb muscle, while his enemies think of him as just dumb, and both are completely incorrect. He's very clever, enough so to get away with almost everything in school.
He's considered an odd-ball, so people like to stay away from him. He's known to believe in creatures such as faeries, which is sadly, one of the more normal things. Other things he believes in include Bigfoots, Zombies, and other varying monsters. He has a habit of randomly whistling a peaceful tune in order to "ward away evil spirits".

Machael Norwood has always hated the Hunger Games. When he was three years old, his 13 year old sister was reaped and slaughtered. A year later, his other sister went the same way. This caused his family great grief, and they mourned for half a year.
Two years later, when Machael was five, his mothers death shook the remaining family members once again. In order to keep his son healthy, Machael's father took up a second job. For five years this was how Machael and his father kept alive, but when Machael was 10, he got a job at a small store. He only made enough to get his dad to quit job, and together Machael and his Father supported themselves.
In two years, Machael had made hardly enough money to have any vanaties, and his father was getting dangerously sick. Machael appealed to the store owner for help, the man said that because he liked Machael, he would. Some money was given to Machael, and used to purchase some medicenes for his father. The drugs worked, and his Father soon became healthy again.
When Machael was 13, his father remarried, and his stepmother, who had lost a child to the Hunger Games moved in. She told Machael to quit his job, and she would take over, but he refused, saying she should get a job her self, and then they'd have enough money to buy some food for the starving kids on the street. He has a very good reputation because of this, and is often asked for help getting food by mothers with young children. Whenever someone is reaped for the Hunger Games, he goes, and whether he knows the family or not, and comforts them.
