An adventure outside district 10(open)

Annika Tobin, wandered aimlessly across the forest surrounding district 10. It was unusual for her to be out here, but nonetheless, she knew a way out.It was in a part of the district fence that never got it's source of electric humming, in a hole that was pretty hard to find. In there,Annika's fantasies comes to life. A life of freedom, a life without the games,nor the capitol who holds them by their necks. In there she was free.
Today,when she had felt cold and uneasy, she tried creeping out from that hole but there was hardly anything to find, but snow that keeps the nightmares alive. Even the light from the sun, seems to get the lazy feel and was still in bed.
Will a wolf come and get me here? she thought, as she looked at the forest.
She breathed heavily as time passed by. Nothing came,nor a law strict officer,or a hungry animal.
Has it been hours since I had came here? Or only minutes? She asked herself, remembering her job.
I wonder what will happen to me, if I stay here a little bit
The truth is, she'll be scolded for being late for work. Questioned by her father, and tell a tale that never happened to her.
Annika didn't want to think of that thought. She was too tired of her job in the barnyard,but was there anything other than that for her?
Annika kicked the cold snow, and she proceeded on a deep thought.
The ice is cold,but am I like that?
Annika was always confused of how she feels,she always asks herself of trivial things like:Was she a loner deep inside? She had always had this positive aura in her, that the people admire so much, but was that really her, or was she really a cold person that never really had a touch of sunlight?
Annika breathed deeply. Making smokes of cold air, and waited till someone or something comes.
