Out of the ordinary day [ ani, jay ]

Cleo had been feeling to blame since her Master had died. Maybe, it was her who killed him somehow? No, no, he was sick even before she came along. But it seemed that everywhere the girl went, someone died, or was injured, or just something went horribly wrong. But now she was going to a new house, and it could be a whole nother start for her. She found herself interested in meeting the other Avoxes in this new house. The Dragonhearts, they called themselves. But, maybe someone in there liked art. Or maybe someone in there would like her. All the Avoxes in her previous household highly disliked her, and were close to the four snobby children that lived there. She wondered where they were now, in an orphanage, at their fathers funeral?
She was dressed nicely today, in a black Avox outfit. Her bangs were still dyed golden, and there was gold above her eyes as makeup as well. Her hands were folded in front of her, and she kept her eyes on her feet. One step after the other. A year or so ago, young adventurous Cleo would be too busy going places and hanging out with Arryn to even think of what lied ahead. Muteness, Capitolites, and beatings, galore. The only thing she liked about being an Avox was that she got to get out of those dreadful games that haunted her dreams and thoughts since she turned twelve and was forced to go to the Reaping.
Oh Arryn, she did really miss him. He meant so much to her. And the Capitol just couldn't have love in their Districts. Even if it did go far enough that Arryn and Cleo had children, and the Capitol had more victims to toy with, they would still have to be happy in order to do that. Cleo remembered the sly smirk on the Capitolite's face, and how the Peacekeeper tore her life apart with one sentence.
She continued to walk, but she stopped thinking just for a moment, and looked up. Her escort was a sort of tall man, a man with broad shoulders. Could she see him being a Gamemaker, maybe? Maybe he was Mr. Dragonheart. All she knew was that he knew her previous master. They were standing in front of an enormous house, but say, they are no small houses in the Capitol, she was still getting used to that. Cleo walked up a couple steps, and as she stepped through the door she noticed something peculiar about the place. A small hint of District Six, just that little smell you would sense when you walked out of your home. Maybe an Avox here was from there, maybe she could relate to them. Maybe, even, she could have known them. Afetr all, all innocent people could be turned into an Avox the minute the Capitol lays eyes on them.
