WANTED

The band of wandering children most commonly referred to as "The Miscreants". Their crimes include theft, trespassing in Capitol woods, vandalism of Capitol property, public brawling, and poaching. Do not be fooled by the age of these criminals - they are extremely dangerous, and if they are spotted within the districts the authorities should be notified immediately. Any individual who fails to do so will be considered in collaboration with this band and shall suffer equally severe consequences.

Hiya! My character Robyn is a fierce, fun loving, trouble making wanderer, and she is in need of her band of miscreants. They're basically a group of teenagers/young adults (17-23ish, I'm thinking?) who wreak havoc within the districts for fun and hide up in the trees. Lots of stealing sparkly things and breaking windows and scaring people in the middle of the night. I also picture bonfires with ghost stories and fun savage feasts. Basically, lots of fun stuff. I don't really have anything specific in mind with this plot so far other than the fact that they're going to get into so much trouble together. I'm thinking five to six members, with boys outnumbering girls, but other than that I'm pretty open to anything. CHARACTER IDEA: Male, twenty. Pretty tall/strong, total lady's man? I was thinking maybe he could always be getting into trouble and Robyn is constantly having to save him, so he's kind of like an annoying little brother to her, even though he's older. Also he's totally irresponsible and tends to run into things without thinking. He's got a good heart, even if it is a bit fickle at times. Also ghost stories around campfires? YES PLEASE<333

CHARACTER IDEA: So I am in the midst of making her bio, and I thought she'd be perfect for this plot. Basically she is an extremely over happy girl. Like seriously they could all be about to die horrible gruesome deaths and she'll sit there and laugh and smile and tell them the good things about life. She'd never say it but when she sees people who aren't happy it physically hurts her and she gets so angry. Like your best friend died? Omr be happy it wasn't you, mang. Idk I think she is just like some high hippy, mang. Here is the start of her bio, and that says basically all the shiz about her. And she is 23!

CHARACTER IDEA: Male / Eighteen. I want him to be the tough cold guy in the group. The one who people actuat fear, he does all the dirty work and likes it too. He has a sensitive side, but because of his past and who he is because of it he cover up his feelings with smart ass comments and breaking the law. I could totally go on but you get the picture. For this plot, I was thinking that with this character, we could get the crime going with him. Also, someone (whoever it doesn't matter) could even tap into his sensitive side and really listen to why he does all the things he does. Also another person in this gang so to say could really connect with him even though he is tough. This boy would treat him/her like his pet and become attached to him... Idk but who doesn't love the cold bad boy type with a sensitive side hidden by his mask?

CHARACTER IDEA: female, any age. Pretty much peppy and she's from District One and she doesn't seem like a bad child but she always wanted her parents attention so she would act out. When she came home drunk one night when her father had friends over he hit her and then she ran away. She's a really nice person except she still feels like she has to impress her parents or whatever so she acts up yeah i know stupid.

CHARACTER IDEA: Taide Mallory.(Taide is Finnish for "art") Aged 18. Tiny framed pixie girl. Originally from 3, she left the district at aged 16 due to the districts nonacceptance of her "art." She is a brilliant graffiti artist. And artist who could have had a future, if she didn't use her talent to start riots by painting offensive words on the walls of the rich. Her family knew, and hated her for it. Sometimes they would starve her. But they would never tattle because they would be given a bad reputation. The district finally found out who it was and she fled, past the fence, and into the wild. It wasn't long before she found her true family, The Miscreants. She is relaxed around them, making her a sassy girl with a mind full of ideas and art. She tends to do her art in the dead of night, since the darkness and lack of visibility gives her an edge, like everything else unknown in her life. Master mind off all things visible, she can make nothing into everything with a single can of paint. Her personality is artistic, full of pizaz and funk. despite her carrying mind, she tends to be a very good listener, eager while listening, which makes her a fairely good story-teller also. She carries a sketchbook full of drawings and paintings, artwork made with mud, pencil, paint, anything. She loves the notebook. She would die for it.

CHARACTER IDEA: Trouble, seventeen, male. Basically he is exactly what his name is. He became a wanderer when he turned fifteen (literally, the same day) and changed his name. He's successful at living on his own, and doesn't deal with people all that well. Relatively speaking, he's a nice guy, however he can have a bit of a sharp tongue at times. For the most part he means well, but there are definitely times when he feels he should live up to his name. I was thinking that he could drop in on them every so often, because that's kinda what he does, and cause trouble with them as well as stir up something back at base. Basically, if he's around, expect Trouble.

CHARACTER IDEA: Okay. so I hope you don't mind, but I have a wanderer I haven't used in awhile because dead!plot, ew - but I think she can fit perfectly with this plot and I love her too much to get rid of her so YAY! Her bio says 16 but I think having her aged to 19 sounds better, so 19. She was born and raised in the Capitol until her parents decided they couldn't stand the ideals of the people who lived there and escaped into the woods. But after a few years, when she came back from a walk she found her parents slaughtered. She probably wouldn't make a wonderful miscreant, terrified of Peacekeepers and the dark, but she could serve as a sort of moral boost with her musical abilities and could be helpful with her knowledge of the Capitol and the way they work. She plays every kind of instrument out there, having lived a privileged childhood. Brutally honest, boisterous, eccentric, and horribly clumsy when it comes to anything but instruments and music, she has finally mustered up the courage to get back at the people who killed her parents.

CHARACTER IDEA: Okay so this might be a repeat to what Arx said ~~because this char of mine was part of her plot xD~~. His name is Cristobal ~~and he's Arx's chars ship<3~~. he's a bit young but I could chane his age if you want His father was a killer who he surrendered to the PKs so it will be kind of hard for him to mess with the PKs. But he is mischievous and he has spirits talking to him everyday, so he can tell ghost stories. Or that he could tell them a story about a guy who was unjustly killed by the PKs so he wants to avenge them or some thing xD. And Ghost stories around a campfire. Maybe him taking people out of the Justice building to escape from the PKs cruelty. He also loves to follow instructions with out a doubt so he could be her trusty follower. ~~idk I still have to develop him xD~~

CHARACTER IDEA: Angelica, 17, female. Looks like an angel...and dark angel, but her beauty hides a demonic attitude. Her language is nothing if not rude and crude, and her outlook on life is that no one deserves to live. Her thoughts are always dark and brooding, always looking to find something bad in a situation. Loves to talk about death, dismemberment, and suffering, her favorite subjects to be precise. Her overly peppy family didn't appreciate her outlook or her attitude so she just decided to leave them to their lives as if she hadn't ever existed. Of course it hurt her to leave her family behind, and she takes out that anger on the whoever she can pass the "blame" onto. She loves to make other people's lives miserable, relishing in their anger and screams of panic as she helps her friends wreak havoc on the unsuspecting people.

CHARACTER IDEA: Female, twenty, part-time kleptomaniac and full-time adrenaline-chaser. Born an only child to an upper middle-class Capitol family and bred with the typical spoiled-rotten attitude neglected children tend to have, her actions, however, aren't for attention, but for her own selfish indulgence. With a moral compass, of course, only it's far too hidden beneath the joyful squee of a new find. She's a go-getter, an enthusiast for most of the time, impulsive, physically aggressive and probably won't be the most cunning of the bunch, but clever enough to be useful and to break in stores and homes since she's long skilled in the art. A follower, in simple terms. Kind of like one of Peter Pan's lost boys xD

Hey, guys! Thank you all so much for your interest in this plot <3 I was so surprised to find so many applications waiting for me! Unfortunately, I'm trying to keep this band small, so I'm only going to take six. All your ideas were positively lovely, though, and if you maybe want to do some separate plotting with the Miscreants as a wanderer shoot me a PM!

The six Miscreants I've chosen are:

Stare: Little brother! Yes please <3 I need someone to get on Robyn's nerves ^^

Cass: She sounds like a really fun and unique character! I'm happy to have her as a Miscreant. I can totally see Robyn acting like a protective sister, if you're up for that :D

Kire: Trouble sounds like an interesting character <3 I have a feeling he and Robyn will get along well despite the "trouble" he causes.

Arx: Sounds like a beautiful, sweet character. She'll make a lovely Miscreant. Maybe Robyn can help fan her inner flames?

Shine: Cool cool cool :D Robyn could use someone who actually listens to her for once, lol, though I can definitely see her getting worried about "tainting" him because of her darker personality. Lots of moral dilemmas and such. ^^

Ella: Sounds fun! Thieves are always welcome in the Miscreants<3 I think she and Robyn will get along swimmingly.
