Tamothy, 10

Tamothy, despite the fact that people don't even really know what Asian is nowadays, looks slightly Asian. Her skin is light, with the tendency to tan in the sun, and her nose has a light scattering of freckles. Her eyes are dark brown, framed by long lashes. Her mahogany hair falls from a center part to her waist, and curves gently at the ends.

Tamothy could be the poster girl for tall and slender. She stands at about 5'9, and carries most of this height in her legs. She weighs approximatley 140 lbs, with almost no muscle to speak of.

Though she is a mostly confident person, her few insecurities often hold her back socially. She hates her feet, which are admittedly large at about size 11, to the point where she refuses to be barefoot in the presence of other people. She is also self conscious about her arm hair, which because of her dark colouring, grows as dark as her hair, and rather long. Her hair is a constant point of discomfort, because despite her dislike for the look of her arms she prefers to wear tank sleeved tops.

As fore mentioned, Tamothy often wears tank sleeved tops and structured but comfortable denim bottoms, with some sort of riding boots.

Tamothy is quite smart, and has a reflective, old soul. She is the kind of person you want on your side in a dilemma as she often knows how to handle the situation.

Despite her sharp brain, Tamothy has some strong communication issues. She's painfully shy, and sometimes gets a stutter if she speaks to large groups. On the whole she tries to avoid people and talks mostly to her horse Glaukos that she has been riding every day since she was five.

A good girl, Tamothy hates parties, alcohol make her feel ill and she doesn't really have time for boys. She does her school work with ease and in her free time enjoys creative activities such as painting, sculpting and weaving on a small loom she bought as a child.

Tamothy is lucky, she lives in one of the wealthiest parts of ten and because of this, things like her clothing and weight are a choice. She like not having to worry about food, but it doesn't really affect her otherwise. Actually, nothing much really affects her at all. She is kind and has a calm demeanor with a fiery rage lurking just beneath the surface.

Tamothy was born to Kate and Zueth Athens, in the wealthier upside of D10. They raised her practically, with logic and almost no toys. The exceptions were of course, her loom, several books, and her horse. Glaukos, her horse was really more practical than present, Tamothy would need her for work and she would get better jobs if she was a proficient rider.

Tamothy hardly talks to her parents aside from meal chitchat. She couldn't go to them with any problems that may arise, they are more like professors than parents. The only relative of her small family that Tamothy feels she may be able to open up to is her grandmother, a frail woman who at some point looked a lot like Tamothy does today. Her grandmother lives upstairs in their home, and spends most days reading, sleeping or staring out the window. She adores Tamothy and loves to talk to her granddaughter.

Tamothy, as a resident of Panem, has been witness to many a terrible family tragedy. It breaks her quiet heart, and often kindles a little fire of anger in her stomach for the Capitol. Thankfully, no such tragedy has broken apart her family so far, and Tamothy prays every night, though to whom changes from day to day that her family will remain whole and happy until the end of Panem.
