Kylie Stone | 12 [WIP]

Kylie's hair is a dark red and flows down to her shoulders. Her forehead is small and her skin is pale from lack of sun. Her eyebrows are thin and dark and she has hazel eyes. Her nose is wide and pointy and her lips are full but pale. There are a few freckles by her nose.

She always wears a dark brown hoodie and a black hankerchief around her neck. Under her hoodie is a black, thin tanktop and she also wears a very baggy set of jeans. Instead of shoes she can only afford sandals so that's her footwear. hunger has made her very thin. Her body is very scrawny.

Kylie is a very sweet and innocent girl. Her heart is always in the right place. When she meets people she's always the most peaceful person they know. She's a lover of nature and usually very shy. Though when things start getting tough, she can get kinda fiesty.

Kylie isn't very social or loud for one reason. She's a mute. She mostly stands on the side lines and kicks her feet but when someone speaks to her she does her best to make them comprehend her hand movements. The most she can get out is small grunts and squeaks.

When it comes to friends Kylie is willing to meet almost anybody new. she's a very upbeat person who mostly hangs out in the background. But when she does surface she's a great pleasure to be around. One flaw is that she trusts people to easily. she doesn't like it but she's extremely easy to manipulate. In many different ways.

Kylie's history is pretty event less. Aside from being in the poorest part of District Twelve and having to go a few nights without food her life's been pretty good. When she was younger her mother was very loving and understanding of her disability. Her father died when she was very young in a mining accident so he was never really part of her life at all.

Schooling for Kylie was good. She was actually one of the highest in her class. She got rewards for being the smartest or the most loyal to the Capitol one time. Although deep down inside she despises the Capitol. Along with everyone in it. Nobody really noticed her there because she was so quiet but that wasn't exactly her fault. She actually got annoyed quite often because of her inability to ask questions.

One time, when she was about 12 years old, a kid in school started asking all these questions. Who she was, what her name was, and why she never spoke. She tried to explain that she was dumb but he wasn't getting the picture. Eventually he got so annoyed he hit her. When she cried it was silent but most people, especially the adults, knew she was handicapped so a lot of people started verbally ganging up on him. Kylie had never felt so special untill then.
