Finding the Lost

I recline on the mossy rock, the dampness seaping into my homemade trousers, but I don't mind. The warm sun is just a soft yellow tint to my eyelids as I face up. My hand clutches at my bow, already loaded. The sound of the stream trickling by is so relaxing.

This is one of the only times I am not fantasizing on how to kill president Snow, or one of the hideous game makers, or stylists.

Suddenly, I am aware of a change in my surroundings, the birds, so loud and beautiful go silent, and I'm up, eyes wide, hand gripping my bow, fingers lightly placed on the string that will send my arrow flying.

I don't like being surprised.

My eyes rest on a boy, standing beside the river, grasping a knife. Oh. A sigh of relief washes over me, but was quickly replaced by irritation. I don't want anyone here. This is my section of the river.

"HEY!" I yell, and jump from the rock. I draw back my bow, it's tip still pointing at the ground. Green eyes glaring, I stop a couple paces from him. "What are you doing here?"

(OOC, I can't find your character....please describe him. Mine is about sixteen, she has long red hair, and green eyes framed by dark eyelashes. She is strong, and has been in the forest since she was ten-after her parents were both taken for the hunger games. Her favorite pastime is hatching plans to kill President Snow)
