Personality:
Thalia has short, black hair that she occasionally dyes blue since it is her favorite color. With brown eyes, Thalia appears a bit plain for most Capitol citizens, but Thalia never holds back in her outfits.
Thalia reaches a height of 5 feet 5 inches and her slim but curvy body reflects how well fed she has been all her life. Living in the Capitol has left Thalia's skin lightly tanned and smooth.
On her arms and neck, Thalia has had blue and silver crystals put in so that she may "shine brighter than the stars." Thalia never leaves home without applying her favorite lipstick: bright blue.
Thalia always tries to mask her buck teeth my smiling with her mouth closed up tight, showing off that bright blue lipstick.
Finally, Thalia always keeps on hand her eyeshadows and mascara so that she never is in public looking anything but fabulous. With nails that alter between ever shade of blue throughout the day, Thalia poses whenever she can and is always ready and beautiful. The one flaw Thalia occasionally forgets to cover in all the hype of a party is her natural tendency to slouch and bunch her shoulders.
Thalia is no doubt a party girl. Her bubbling attitude is shown as she always squeezes her way into the middle of a dance circle. Thalia has a new boyfriend almost every week and after growing up in the Capitol, she never worries about the future or anything for that matter.History:
Thalia, however, can be snobby and her pride occasionally looses her many friends. With parents who always told Thalia, their one and only daughter, that she could have it all and was the best, Thalia has never believed anything less.
The Hunger Games are one of Thalia's favorite occasions as she believes the best parties occur right before and right after the "wonderful" event. Thalia always watches the games with a critical eye as she laughs and boasts to her friends she would never make the mistakes of the dying tributes.
With such abundent energy Thalia almost never slows down. She simply has to have something to do or she begins to fidget and wiggle uncontrollably.
Finally, Thalia when she is not partying or with friends, is creating her own designs for costumes since she hopes to become a stylist. After all, to Thalia, what could be more fun then dressing up those poor creatures from other districts?
Thalia grew up with her one brother, Octavius, and both her parents. Like any Capitol child, she received every toy available when she wanted it. Spoiled and treated like a princess, Thalia has no sympathy for those living in lower districts. As far as she can tell, they are just doing something wrong. If they could fix it, then they would be happy too. Of course, Thalia is not quite sure what it is they must fix, "but there must be something...right?"Codeword: oDair
Thalia, however, went through a period of depression when Octavius died. Early deaths are rare at the Capitol, but he was born premature and never grew up right. With a deformed heart and small lungs that could not be surgically corrected without killing him, Octavius died just before his fifth birthday. Thalia was very attached to her little brother and was only seven when he passed. Such a loss deeply affected Thalia and has made her feel that she shouldn't get attached to anyone, not even family. Thalia has detached herself from her parents and refuses to let her emotions get the best of her. "They are better locked up inside. "
Thalia never keeps a boyfriend for more than a month and her friends never stay more than a year. With so many people going through Thalia's life, she finds herself obsessed with her appearance and more self conscious than she would ever let on. With depression rooting from her sense of lonesomeness and her self conscious mind set after living so long with no real commitments, Thalia's put together, perfect, bubbly self is only a skin deep allusion. "After all, that is what makeup is for, to cover up the turmoil inside, right?"
