APPEARANCE, Ira always has fun with the latest fashion fads is the Capitol. Ira's natural skim colour is tan but she dyes it light blue. She doesn't even like it but keeping up to date really helps. Well for her anyway. Even though he mother told her to change it back since she knows she hates it - that will probably never happen. Unless of course - it blows her over the edge.
She is also in to the wigs and hair colouring. If you look in that fabulously filled closet of Ira's you would be surprised on how many fake hair pieces she owns. Its like a hoppy now. At the moment her hair is permed and coloured to be baby pink. Unlike the sick she actually likes crazy hair since it makes her feel pretty. For some odd reason. It's natural state Of her hair is very jet black and stick straight.
The last part of Ira's description is her features. She has dark brown eyes that is a family trait of hers. All of her family members have lost dark brown eyes. Her nose is slender and points up just a little and has a very angular cheek bone.
PERSONALITY, Ira live in a world of facts and concrete needs. She live in the present, with their eye constantly scanning their personal environment to make sure that everything is running smoothly and systematically. They honor traditions and laws, and have a clear set of standards and beliefs. They expect the same of others, and have no patience or understanding of individuals who do not value these systems. They value competence and efficiency, and like to see quick results for their efforts.
Ira is a take-charge person. He has such a clear vision of the way that things should be, that she is naturally steps into leadership roles. She is self-confident and aggressive. She is extremely talented at devising systems and plans for action, and at being able to see what steps need to be taken to complete a specific task. She can sometimes be very demanding and critical, because she has such strongly held beliefs, and are likely to express herself without reserve if she feels someone isn't meeting her standards. But at least her expressions can be taken at face-value, because she is extremely straight-forward and honest.
Ira is usually a model citizen, and pillar of the community. She takes her commitments seriously, and follows het own standards of "good citizenship" to the letter. HISTORY,
Lady La-a and Sir Winslet had their first and only child on September 4th. From the moment Ira La-a Winslet was born her life was more then lavishing. She was very spoiled, getting whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted it. Her family was really well off and it was as though Ira was their little pet, assuming they didn't have any pets. If she wanted a pony you bet your life it would be there the next day in the color she wanted it in. And because of this pampering done by her mother and father she was very demanding, in school as well as off the school grounds.
In her school years Ira as pushed hard as she could to be the best, in the most control one student could seize at the time. Kiss up to the teachers, you got opportunities. Kiss up to the kids, those opportunities happened. It was just the way she got threw life; kissing up to people. Of course she didn't regret her wasted minutes of flattering people into what she wanted - it got her well off at the end of end school.
Ever since she was young Ira has always been stressed that being an active person in your community is a good thing. Think of it as giving back to all of your blessings. When she was in school she tried to be involved as much as she could. Plays, Clubs, Student Council, and the annual school plays were pretty much run by Ira La-a Winslet. It was like she felt everyone was listening to what she wants and that's how it's going to be.
Ira has always been an active participant I'm the Hunger Games. She has never really questioned if they were cruel or not. Ira thinks since no one has ever tried to hang it then it must be ok. She loves to be a model citizen and she feels taking part in the games is important. Ira has always gambled on a tribute - always. She is giving back for the entertainment. Some people have questioned if it is healthy to be such a participant in these horrible games. It doesn't really come to her that others lives are being taken so that she can enjoy the event.
