Mars Race ~ District 12

Mars's eyes are a dark green and his hair is a very dark brown. His hair often looks messy, yet can be attractive. His ears are somewhat big but that isn't the most noticable thing. Mars often wears a jacket. He may seem like a bigger boy for his age but it's almost all muscle.

He's about 6 ft tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has very strong hands. Mars is also rather quick on his feet and can throw a pretty good punch. Though Mars isn't the best at sneaking up on people due to his big feet, he still can give them a good scare. Mars can look rather intimidating when he wants to. Anyone who judges him by his looks is most likely underestimating him.

Mars isn't afraid to fight people that deserve it in his eyes. If they do anything to his friends his rage is pretty much released. The one person that can calm him down is his best friend Neptune, who he doesn't think likes him back. Mars is very loyal to his friends and would never betray them. He is not normally one to be seen as weak.

Mars is courageous, that's for sure. He's hard-working and very self-confident. He can get jealous but isn't one to show it. He has a rather positive out-look on things. Mars has faith in himself and others.

Mars can be rather reliable, yet only ocassionally selfish. He's insenitive and can be crazy at times. He doesn't always take others' point of view into account but does when it comes to his friends. He is often suspiscious and mistrusting when it comes to people he doesn't know. He has more trust in his friends than his family.

Mars has never been close to his family. He lives with only his father and his older sister, Kassidy. No one in his family really gets along very well. Kassidy is 18 and is in her last year of the reaping. Kassidy is not really fond of the fact that Mars is always running off with his friends every day.

Mars tends to spend his free time with his friends. He will often go up to the meadow to hang out with them when he doesn't have to help around with his family. He absolutely loves sports and running around. When he was younger he would sometimes get in trouble for leaving the house without asking. Normally his father would be the only one to yell at him until his mother passed away.

His mother died when Mars was 14. Since then, he has grown apart from his family and closer to his friends. Mars is almost always trying to avoid his family. Mars has never been really popular amoung people. This results in him only having a few close friends, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Pluto.

Yes, I am aware Pluto is a dwarf planet. This character is a part of a plot.
