Alice Delia- district 12

Blonde hair, green eyes, tan, long hair, bangs that go to the left, usaully wears it down. She has long eyelashes and usaully is blushing. She is known for her clumsiness and her old bow that she normally wears. That was the only thing her dad gave her before leaving because he didn't love any of them. In her smiling green eyes are always a hint of pain. She's haunted by her surroundings.

Sweet, caring, but can kill. She doesn't care what other people say because she isn't going to cry over some little immature brat teasing her. She can sing very well and shoot bows and arrows. She learned this because her friend Tommy needed fruit because he was starving to deah and there was a fruit tree in the richer parts. Alice went to get it but she wasn't tall enough. She used a bow and arrow She made by using a stick and string and some sharp sticks and shot at it a couple of times. After succeeding, she learned how to shoot to get food for people in need, even if it means getting arrested for theft.
She also has a short temper that can easily go off the minute you say anything bad about her friends or family. She is very violent when that happens. She also can hold a grudge, and doesn't trust easily, but if she feels it's right, she will, but if she feels they plan on killing her, she will quickly kill them.
She is insecure and an open book, that is why she gets broken so much. She wears her heart on her sleeve. It took Tommy almost one month to earn her trust, because she was so broken she didn't want to let anyone in. She gets very scared in situations, then toughens up and remembers 'I only have one life. Make it count.'

Her dad left when she was 3, her mum is a maid for the mayor, and she has a best friend named Tommy that she's secretly in love with. Her sister who's 22 watches over her while her mom is working. She has a younger sister named Angel who is ten. She gets good grades, but gets distracted easily.
She has never gone past the fence that kept district 12 enclosed except for once, when her younger sister Angel threw her hat which was special to Alice over the fence. She crawled over to get it. She eventually got trapped and sharpened up on her shooting. When she got out, she vowed NEVER to go in there again.
When she was very young, about three or four, she met a victor and shook his hand. She said "I want to be like that one day mummy!". Little did she know how he got it, the guilt. She is innocent. "No, you don't." Her mother quickly led her away.

She is very innocent. Her friend Tommy was starving and she learned how to shoot her bow to give him food. She is also at the richer part of district 12, living by the bakeries and other things, away from the hob. She would help at various places so she could earn money to feed her family.
