Cyan Domer D10

Cyan is a thin girl with long brown hair and huge chestnut eyes. Her skin is a creamy pale and almost always red because of her work out in the sun. She has dimples on either side of her face and her lips are a vibrant pink. Her upper and lower lips are equally sized and plump. She has a scar on her arm from an accident with a horse when she was a young child. Her palms are always pink due to newly forming calluses and blisters rupturing occasionally.

Cyan has small ears that are constantly covered by her hair. Although she is thin she is not unattractive and has a stereotypical "button" nose. Her fingernails are always dirty-she gave up on trying to keep the dirt from under them. Although Cyan is average for her age in height and weight, her feet have always been just a little too small. Cyan has no freckles and the one birthmark she had is so pale that it matches her skin tone almost perfectly.

Cyan is a little bit naive. Although she has seen many Hunger Games, she still holds onto the idea that the Capitol isn't a cruel place with people lording over them. She is also gullible. She'll believe almost anything anyone tells her and then has to deal with the shame and disappointment when she finds out she's been lied to. Despite all of this, she is a very smart girl and is great at problem solving.

Since she lives in the tenth District, Cyan is great when it comes to dealing with almost any animal. She can calm down and train almost any creature to do anything. She feels very close to the animals on her family's farm. She hates the fact that they have to slaughter some of the animals to provide the Capitol with meat. It's one of the only things that she hates about the Capitol. But even though she hates the Capitol for it, she knows it is necessary and tries to just deal with it.

Cyan is terrified of thunder because when she was a small child her father was on a horse and was trying to find a few heads of cattle that had diassapeared. He was on his way home when it started to sprinkle and there was a huge clap of thunder that caused her father's horse to spook, as well as the cattle and he was trampled to death. Since that day she has been horribly terrified of thunder. When scared, Cyan has the habit of clinging to her mother or her best friend Lindon. Cyan has recently suffered a head injury due to being bucked off of a horse. Although the long term side effects of the injury are unknown, Cyan is now losing time.She is starting to show symptoms of multiple personality disorder although she doesn't know it.

Cyan was born to two very happy and loving parents. Being an only child she was spoiled as much as possible with her parents limited resources. She was like a second shadow for her father and when she wasn't following him she was following her mother. She earned the nickname "Little Duck" due to her habit of following either of her parents. When she was five she met her best friend Lindon.

His family owned the nearest ranch to her family's and they had a fence break. It had been trampled by a cow that had suddenly gone berserk and after the fence went down they lost all of their cattle. The only good thing was that all of their cattle had been tagged in a very specific way and it was unique to their farm. So her father and Lindon's father had left together to find and bring back the cattle while her mother and Lindon's mother repaired the fence. Lindon and Cyan kept each other company and at the end of the day were already joined at the hip. It took their father's three days to get back all the cattle and after that there was no day that Lindon and Cyan were not together.

When Cyan was ten, she tripped over a piece of wood on the ground as she was leading a horse and when she fell, she tugged the lead and yanked the horse's head. It bucked and started to panic and it stepped on her arm as it ran into the pen. her arm was broken and the bone burst through the skin, tearing it apart.The scar is six inches long but as it's been six years it is faded and barely even pink. A few weeks after her sixteenth birthday she was mucking the stalls and rode out a horse to exercise it. It had broke one of it's legs a few months ago and the cast had been off for a few days so she wanted to see how well the horse had healed. The ride went well for a while but when Cyan tried to coax it into a gallop the horse bucked and came to a sudden stop sending Cyan falling from it's back and landing on her head causing her to fracture her skull and pass out. Her mother and Lindon found her in a puddle of blood and sand about twenty minutes later.

Since the accident Cyan has had issues with her memory. She has been losing chunks of time every few days but there are occasions where she doesn't lose time for a few weeks at a time. What Cyan doesn't know is that when she's losing time she isn't going unconscious.She has started showing signs of having a separate personality after the accident. The other personality is violent and enjoys the slaughter of the animals and is very excited at the potential of being Reaped for the Hunger Games and the amount of havoc she could produce.
