Morgan Bell - District 12

Morgan is unbelievably tall. He stands a full head taller than almost everyone in Twelve, standing at 6'5. He is almost as skinny as he is tall. His complexion is extremely dark, so dark that he looks like he comes from Eleven instead of Twelve. He has extremely short hair.

Morgan has an athletic appearance, being one of the few well fed kids in Twelve. He has extremely long legs and thick glasses that attempt to cure his awful eyesight. He often likes to wear bright clothes that contrast his dark skin. He is very flashy and loves to be the center of attention. He has his best friend Ron can always be found getting in to mischief.

Morgan is the epitome of goofy and wild. He is the life of every party he goes to, and he never fails to keep his two older sisters rolling on the floor laughing. He is noisy and is never afraid to tell it how it is, especially to his best friend Ron, who he loves to tease. Although he is completely straight-edge, he loves the night life, and he is never more comfortable than when surrounded by friends.

He is very hard to anger. Of course, that has a good side and a bad side. He is always cheerful and happy, but sometimes he doesn't know when to quit. He always likes to push buttons with people, especially Ron, often starting arguments that Morgan usually wins. He can be very frustrating and argumentative.

Morgan is a fantastic people person. He can talk his way out of a lot of situations and convince people of almost anything, making him a great salesman even in the barren lands of Twelve. By the way he acts, it is obvious that he is wealthy, even though he doesn't flaunt it. He is friends with a lot of the less fortunate friends, like his best friend and neighbor Ron.

Morgan, although being from Twelve, has it so much easier compared to everyone else. His father is the head of all medical needs in Twelve, so their family is quite wealthy. Morgan, his parents, and his two older sisters all have rooms to themselves in the Bell household, which lies on the outskirts of Twelve. They raise chickens, from which they get most of their food. He rarely has to visit the Hob for anything.

Morgan, along with his family and Ron, is a Hunger Games aficionado. He never misses anything that goes on in the Games. He's often considered volunteering himself, considering Twelve has a better track record in the Games in recent years than in past history, but he is much too scared. However, his one dream is to start a Career gym in Twelve, so that the few kids who are well fed enough can train if they so choose. But, sadly enough, he realizes that a dream is all that will ever be.

The one thing that really haunts his memory is has to do with his mother. Although things are very different now, and he has forgiven and never forgotten how she treated him in his younger years. Although she never laid a hand on him, she put him under a tremendous amount of stress, always pushing him to be better than everyone. Of course, he failed a lot in her eyes. No matter how hard he tries to forget, he has always resented his mother, and probably always will.
