Rebecca Stien (District 7)

Rebecca is a short 14 year old girl. She is not what someone would call skinny but she is not fat ether. Her has long brown hair, and dark brown eyes that you always look twice at. She has thin eye brows and a normal sized nose. She is always smiling.

She always wears the same blue hand-me-down jacket in the winter while in the summer she wears a blue shirt. As you can see her favorite color is blue. She loves to wear her blue hat year round. Rebecca is not really that tan. She is always jealous of people that are though.

Rebecca has a stubborn side. She always has to be right no matter what. If you say she's wrong she will keep saying "No! Your wrong!" Until you annoy her enough so she punches you in the face. This limits the amount of people that actually like her. Other then her family, she doesn't really have friends.

Rebecca may be stubborn but its only because of how smart she actually is. Her IQ is really high compared to the rest of the District. Some people say she may be from District 3. She is so smart that she scams people so that she can provide for her family. She is willing to take ricks for her family.

Other then her stubborn and scamming flaws. She is actually really kind to her siblings and the rest of her family. Her few friends really notice her caring and loving side. Few people actually notice this though. She has gotten into many fights with other people to, this makes a lot of scenes

Rebecca was born in District 7 14 long years ago. She has two younger sisters, a mother and a father. When she was two her grandpa died and there grandma started living with them. Her dad suffered from a back problem so he had to stop working when Rebecca turned 4.

There family has been really poor ever sense then. Once Rebecca turned 8 she started to do something about it. She learned how to steal, scam and use people to help her family. She collects all the money she can and gives it to her family. Although she hates it, when the goings are more though then normal, she gets charity food and money. This makes her feel dumb.

She finally met her first friend when she turned 11. She lost her as soon as befriended her. You see she got into an argument with her about if the Hunger Games were right or not. They also fought about the Capital and other stuff. She did find a few girls that agree with her though. This makes her feel at least a little bit accepted.
