Appearance:
Standing at 6 feet and weighing 195 pounds, Sora was bred to work in the lumber yards. With his short brown hair and bright green eyes, he turns girls heads throughout the town regardless of the unsightly, deep scar hovering above his left eye. The scar he received "while chopping wood with a faulty axe." His skin is a little too dark from the sun beating down on him during his work.Personality:
His hands, rough from the daily hard labor, are precise and can create intricate wood workings. They are hard and cracking just like his feet. His feet have devolved into two big callouses attached to the end of his two sturdy legs. His face remains hairless and he wished it stayed that way for good. He has always hated beards.
Sora has always been known to be a kindhearted, caring, and respectful person. However, he has an extremely low tolerance for stupidity. He hates to watch the Hunger Games because he gets stuck watching the idiots die by their own stupidity. He is terrified of watching his brother enter the Hunger Games. Not because he is scared of him dying but instead he's afraid of what he has to watch him become to survive and win.History:
Because of his seething hatred for idiocy, Sora is deliberate and precise with everything he does. When presented with a situation he'll get away to a secluded area. Many times he is found somewhere lost deep in thought. He's usually whittling something to appease his fidgeting so his fingernails don't cease to exist.
During his "meditations," he'll start to think of his odd fascination of an old game from before Panem. He has recreated the stick used to play the game by using the ancient one that his ancestor actually used. It has been pasted down from father to eldest son for generations. He spends much of his time trying to figure out how the game was played. To him, his attempt to figure out the game is more important than his schoolwork and therefore his grades are barely passing because of his distraction.
Sora was born to Greg and Maple Morrow. Sora and his father work together in the same lumber yard. Even though they share a physical closeness due to work, they could not farther apart emotionally. Greg would "punish" Sora for not getting a certain number of trees finished even though Sora would complete and surpass his quota by far. Since Sora doesn't remember what truly happened, he wonders whether the "accident" that caused his scar was caused by a faulty axe at all. While Sora and his mother are closer than he and his father are, they're not much closer. Sora can't help but blame her when she just watches the "punishments" and does nothing. Other than that serious flaw she is a good stay at home mother.Codeword: odair
However, Sora and his brother are inseparable. Sora has taken many of the 9-year-old's "punishments." He has made a stick for Brayden as well and during they play with them trying to figure out what their true purpose was. Brayden is an exceptionally good student and kind to everyone. He is very innocent and since he was born Sora has been protecting him.
While Sora wasn't watching over his brother, he was trying to figure out the stick. His first thought was a weapon for a type of Hunger Games, but a curved end suggests control not damage. He's spent his childhood trying to figure it out and longs for the day when his father gives the stick so he can figure out it use from the source and not the replica.
