Scout Cloudes- District 7{Finished}

Scout has short dark brown hair thats longer in the front and shorter in the back, which she regularly keeps dyed a dull scarlet color from berries that grow near her house. Scout's eyes are a dark brown with golden flecks near her pupil, but the problem with this is that she cannot see a single color; only blacks, grays, and whites. She has a few freckles dotted around her nose, and is told by most that she does have rosy cheeks. Scout is around 4'6" which is quite short for most her age, and she uses this as an advantage for innocence. Her skin is a light tan color, and in the summer she it gets much darker. Scout's ears are slightly pointy, and she so far has gotten neither of them pierced. In addition to her hair, she keeps a multitude of bird feathers twined within her hair, since her great love of nature and especially birds. She has a slight limp to her walk from an accident when she was younger when she almost chopped off her right leg, when she was trying to impress the mayor.

When she is at District 7, she normally wears a newspaper boy hat on her head thats a dull brown. Scout's shirt is normally a dull button down short sleeved, and she either wears cargos or a skirt. Her shoes are brown combat boots with white patterns designed near the top. Every once and awhile she'll add some extra to her outfit like a bracelet, a necklace, or even a scarf. During the reaping, she wears a dull orange dress with yellow bow on her head and chestnut brown boots.

Scout is normally a well-rounded girl who can really just 'go with the flow'. Most of her friends claim her to be sweet and nice. Scout though can be depressed a lot, especially when she is at home, but she tries un-live to that. Scout tries to be nice to everyone, even those who give her the cold shoulder. She never really understood why their most be all of the killing, when they could just stop it, but she keeps these thoughts to herself. Sometimes she really does just try to hard to find the good in some people or even just trying to become acquaintances with them.

To get out her sorrow, she plays long melodic songs own her flute in the meadow west of the woods near the border. Whenever she feels mad or upset, she tries to remind herself that there are others with a situation worse than herself. The reason Scout doesn't have many friends is that she is extremely callous and will sometimes even lack to be able to see other people's emotions. The only person that she does express all of her emotions to is her friend Hunter, and he as well understands her pain and sometimes goes out to the meadow with her.

On Scout's good side, she has been know to give flowers to people on their birthdays, and even make a song on her flute for them. Scout is normally a joyous girl who loves to play and have fun. Every weekend and mondays she goes to work in the factories but she always keeps a peppy attitude even there. As well at points she can be extremely serious; like at times of wolf spottings or bear spottings within the woods. As well to release her anger she'll help out at the wood processing plants.

Scout was only four when her mother was hanged at the main square for treason. The peace keepers said that she was caught sneaking information for the resistance, and that her crime was punishable by death. During this, her father was held down by five men as he tried to save her, but by the time they released him he was too late. Mother was gone. Since then he was never the same, and he eventually killed himself because he couldn't live without her. When this happened Scout had just only turned five a week ago, and all she had left was my six older sisters to watch over her as she grew up.

Scout later met Hunter once when she had ran off into the meadow when she was around seven. She had tripped over him, since she hadn't seen him concealed within the wild flowers. Ever since then she and Hunter had a connection between each other, and had always been friends. There were some things that Scout felt she could only trust him with, and not even her own kin. Sometimes her sisters could find Hunter and Scout sleeping together when they were younger in the old oak that grew near the house. Their games never seemed to get old, with at first it was just the two of them together playing.

Later Scout met Alice, Twill, and West and soon it became a circle of five with West and Hunter being the only two boys. When they were all around ten they started to make up their own hunger games with the kids in the neighborhood. Scout would normally when since the other kids would 'kill' each other off while she stayed hidden in the meadow.

Her friends Twill, Alice, and West are actually between eight to ten years of age
