I sling my bow over my shoulder and walk into the forest. After a few moments I find a good tree and scale it, sitting in the branches until I can find some good prey. I know there are other people working today but I feel like I am the only person in the world. After a half hour I get a grouse. I'm a little dissapointed but my spirits instantly lift when I see more prey coming around. It's a large creature, though I can't see of what sort. As soon as it's head is in view I let my arrow fly. The creature falls and I notice the shape of the animal and the soft white spots. It's a doe. I kind of feel bad about the doe, because it's so young and innocent but there isn't much I can do but bring it in. I land on the ground next to it and then look around in slight panic. There is no way I can carry the doe back by myself. I see a person, slinking through the bush about fourty feet away and raise one hand to my lips and do a simple three note melody. The person turns towards me and I point at the doe at my feet.
"Help," I whisper.
