Snip Bysho
I glance nervously up at the storm clouds above me. At water begins to fall, I break into a run. I stumble and slip, but I need to get inside. I don't want to be out when the water falls. The rain falls harder, and I run faster. I can hardly see where I'm going, partially because I'm moving so fast, and partially because my albino eyes can't see very well. Finally, I find an awning and duck under it. The rain is falling all around me. I can't stand it. I need to get away. I look around and my stomach flips over as I realize where I'm at. I'm at the harbor. There's the ocean, right there. I open my mouth, try to scream, but I can't. I can't move. I'm frozen in fear. The water lapping at the shore, the waves turning this way and that in the storm... It's horrifying. I feel like I'm going to faint. I turn away, but a strong gust of wind knocks me backwards, towards the water. I manage a strangled yell as I stumble closer and closer to the water. I slip and fall on my face, but I can't get up. The water is making everything slippery. I slide downwards, towards the water. I struggle and try to find something to grab ahold of, but there's nothing. I'm on the shoreline. The water is lapping at my feet. I manage another yell as the water laps at my feet. Dizzy with fear and the pain of falling down, I bring myself to my feet, but trip backwards into the water. I feel the waves pulling me farther and farther away from the shore. I can't stand it. I manage a terrified scream before I faint from shock.
