(OOC: This is my first RP on the site ;D)
I sit on my bed. It's late at night but I'm having troubles sleeping. I do what I do best to clear my head, I decide to do best when my mind won't rest, hunt. I go to the corner of my dark, cold room, and pick up my bow. A old, wooden bow that has nearly seen It's last day. My favorite none the less. I make my way to the front door, and pick up My quiver of arrows, about eight or so last time I counted, and walk out into the cool, calm breeze of the night.
Checking to make sure no one is awake, I make a quick dash to the woods. It's the early hours of the day, so not many are awake. Animals like to sleep around this time, but my hunting urges never go to sleep. I slip into the bushes, and away from the public eye. There is so much greenery here, you'd swear that there was no village. Even though the village is a huge place. My house is one of the smaller, poorer, untreated ones, compared to the rest. I make enough money for my family though, we always have enough to eat, sometimes even a little more.
I tiptoe my way through the woods, hoping not to scare off any game. I have my bow string pulled back, and a arrow in position, just in case I need a fast shot. I continue this game of tiptoeing until the light from the village is almost gone, when all of a sudden, I see it. A nice, plump rabbit, going after a midnight snack of some grass. I crouch down for a better shot. I'm maybe fifteen yards away. I aim, keep one eye shut, when all of a sudden, a tap on the shoulder makes it scream...
