Telo Fase District 2

Telo is shorter than average with brown hair cut short and hazel eyes. She wears "Harry potter" style glasses and is fairly pale from being indoors a lot.
Telo has a rather sharp face, prominent cheekbones, pointy nose.
She has a skinny build but not really athletic.

Telo is very logical and straight forward about everything- a sort of "Spock" personality if you will. She approaches everything from a scientific stand point and usually speaks in a monotone voice. She is therefore, unusually smart.
Telo thinks that people complain about the Games being unfair are just not smart enough to realize the important role the Games play in life. Because of this fascination with the Games, Telo is considered to be a Career. She does train to be in the Games, by strategy and keeping her body fit which is a rather easy thing to do in a District. She'll work with anything she can get her hands on, throwing sticks as if they were spears or knives. Telo is one of those people that you have to admit are smart- but their views on things are totally ludicrous.

Telo has 3 siblings [prepare yourself] Pro, Ana, and Meta. All of which are like her (Spockishlyness...). She has a flawless record and straight As, however not many friends and by not many i mean zero. Her view on the Hunger Games- well it seems perfectly logical.
As if the Games made perfect since- it kept the people of Panem in line.
Since she was little people in town have made up rumors that the Fase family have no souls- that their robots put in place by the government.
