Ethan Af Morket

Ethan is a tall lanky Caucasian guy. He is about 6"1 and weighs a good 180 pounds but since he is tall it gives the appearance he is very lanky. Ethan is far from a muscular person but he is not out of shape. Ethan's body is void of scars or markings since e never truly had to work hard but his hands are still callused but that is simply from playing instruments.

Ethan's hair is a very nice dirty blonde hair color with bangs to about his eyebrow and on the sides having his hair cover his ears. Then in the back it goes down his neck just a little bit. Ethan's head itself is just your average oval shape. He has a cleft chin and slight acne. Ethan's eyes are a very deep and beautiful shade of blue almost upset by an extremely subtle ring of orange around his pupil. Usually Ethan wears a sarcastic smirk across his face and can be found wearing jeans and a random t shirt.

Ethan lives in one of the upper districts so you would imagine he would be happy living in the lap of luxury wrong. Ethan despises living as the capitols lap dog. Ethan is a very independent individual and a pursuer of his own thoughts. He is also very. Charismatic and a natural born leader but he keeps that hidden for fear that capital will try to dim his spirit. Ethan is constantly bothered by the oppression of the capital because Ethan has personality issues he hates it when he is forced to not be himself and others are forced to not be themselves as well.

Ethan also is a very good friend always there to listen to give advice. Because of the world Ethan lives in he is an extremely deep thinker sitting alone wondering and thinking about why things are the way they are and wondering why ever one can't just be equal. It frustrates Ethan.

This is simply just focusing on the deeper side of Ethan; Ethan is also an extremely crazy and spontaneous person. Always knowing when and how to crack a joke or act. Although it is against his thought Ethan normally looks at other people with a look of smugness and sarcasm. Ethan is always observing and laughing as well as pitying the world he lives in so if you feel like someone is watching you in district 1 there's a good chance you have caught Ethan's interest. So it's not all doom and gloom about the world he lives in Ethan still tries to make the best of it with his quick wit sense of humor and compassion for friends.

But then like all people Ethan has a dark side. A will to survive if you will. Ethan is also constantly plotting scheming his survival what he would do in various scenarios. As well as if you are not Ethan's friend and just his pawn he would kill you in a second if you were in his way so make sure he has reason to keep you alive before jumping into an alliance you never know. As well as his secret weapon. Ethan normally has a large conscious. But he has a switch that can destroy his humane side one that can only be flipped by rage and if activated can have Ethan killing with no remorse no regret laughing at the blood spilt on the floor. Note this only happens on rare occasions and has never happened on the level discussed earlier.

Again Ethan as born into a lap of luxury both of his parents were rich and he might never have to work a day in his life. As a small child Ethan was very carefree and unaware of his surroundings. One of the first things Ethan every remembered seeing was when he was 3 the winner of the hunger games came through his district and he saw the parade. Unaware of what he was witnessing Ethan told his dad that he wanted to be just like that person. His father just chuckled at what he had said.

At a very young age about when he was 4 he was diagnosed with a form of mental retardation. This mental retardation was mainly about social skills no one really tried to help Ethan. When Ethan was 6 his father immediately had him out in a training class for the hunger games hoping that the rage that his mental problems gave him could turn him into the perfect killing machine.

Most of the time during those classes Ethan just practiced blade skills. Ethan seemed naturally gifted with the sword and other bladed weapons. But Ethan was never happy at training he was always alone unless the other kids were picking on him for having no friends. Sadly for Ethan he remained being miserable for another two years

Then he snapped. There was one day every year where the kids wouldn't just practice they would be let at each other with wooden versions of the weapons they trained with. Ethan personally favored more than anything a double edged long sword about his arm length. That day when they were simply sparring 2 of the other students decided it would be hilarious to beat Ethan up. The two of the approached him one having a wooden axe the other having another wooden sword attack Ethan. The one with the axe smacked Ethan right across the face and the one with the sword hit him in the Stomach. Ethan fell to the ground and the kids started kicking until Ethan screamed. After Ethan screamed they both just backed off a bit. Ethan picked himself up off the ground and immediately starred with pure hatred at them Ethan snapped at that moment and screamed I'm going to kill you. Ethan immediately swung the wooden sword and connected with the kid with axes throat knocking him to the ground unconscious. The other kid swung at Ethan. Ethan moved his hand up and caught the boy’s sword Ethan squeezed the blade and broke the wood the boy startled jumped backwards and started to run.

Ethan was soon after disarmed and restrained by a teacher and sent home. When he arrived home his father greeted him with a smile and told him. "So I heard you got in a fight today and won that's a good first step.(Note I know you wanted to keep it without like a lot of swearing but I felt it was important to show how dramatic this is)" Ethan just stood there aw struck at what he just heard. “Ethan responded with all he could think of.”Fuck off! I'm done with this shit what the hell is wrong with me more importantly what's wrong with you I want out I refuse to ever participate in these games of yours." Ethan stormed off to his room even though he was only 8 he knew what he said and meant it as seriously as he possibly could.

Ethan out of that environment suddenly started to cope with his problems and grew as a person and made friends but there was still an extreme hostility between Ethan and his dad. Finally at the age of 12 Ethan first reaping Ethan's father told him something. "If they call your name you’re going to be a tribute, and if you let some career volunteer for you there will be no place for you in my house." Ethan could never have been more furious with his dad but he had nowhere to go. After this Ethan disowned the family name Smith and changed it to Af Morket meaning of darkness.

Ethan is a patron of the arts he enjoys singing and acting as well as he plays the guitar and writes poetry
