Keika Matsuoka ~ District 3 (Done)

Being of Asian descent her eyes are that of an oriental person with extra fat in her eyelids in order to protect them from certain natural enviroments. Once more thanks to her genetics she has straight black hair cut into layers matching well with her near black eyes, her hair starting to curl slightly. Both of these features contrast against her pale, yellow, fair skin.

Like her neighbours, being from District 3 had some perks, unfortunately new/good clothing was not one of them. Keika's always been quite a pretty girl and boy does she know it, unfortunately for her the limited choice of clothing has disallowed her to display her beauty.

Keika has quite a skinny/ slim frame being short for her age being 5"2', she blames it on the little food she has and ti boot her fast metabolism. Countless late nights working has left eternal bags under her eyes but a good night's sleep can lighten up the dark rings.

Keika is pretty much the opposite of reserved, anything she gains whether it be a half-dead bird to be eaten later to a mint-condition toy she not so humbly shows off to all her friends.

Apart from her neccesity to continously stare at herself in reflections, be it in the mirror, a polished surface or in the eyes of the person she's pretending to listen to, she actually makes a relatively good friend. Loyalty is important to her however it is not gained easily, to her the only people deserving are those who are able to break her superficial shell; those who are able to actually have a deep conversation with her.

That being said she is not above befriending people then deceiving them to get ahead of them. her mother, ever so fearful of her being reaped told her that in cases such as the Hunger Games she was to be stealthy and fraudulent; basically to be a bitch if it meant that she would live.

Being the prideful creature she is when it comes to the topics she's not so clued up on though she never takes a back seat she tends to give fewer comments and all of them quite vague. If she does however say something incorrect and someone were to call her up on it she's more likely to make an impossible lie up rather than admit it.

Being born into one of the poorer districts of Panem was always going to put Keika at a disadvantage but she was determined it wasn't going to put her down. Instead she tried to be as optimistic as she could in her own annoying way, priding herself on how her patience was matched only by a Saint and her close attention to details due to her having to test different types of technology day in and day out with only slight differences between them, she was then to break it down and write about it.

Her parents were always busy at work which left her craving for attention, so much so that she ended up having more boyfriends that most girls her age. of course when she was young it was a lot more innocent, starting with just cute child pecks on the cheek but as she grew up she started to become more intimate with her partners.

Once she became 12 she started having the option to put her name more than once for reaping, as much as she didn't want to risk it she was forced to put her name multiple times down, despite the fact that she had no siblings she felt that it wasn't enough after all her parents had done for her so she started to cozy up to more than one partner at a time and leech little by little of their food and bring it back to her house for her family to eat.
