Josh Keer, District 1 [DONE]

Josh gives off a more pampered look to some, while to others he could be more rugged and looking like he is from one of the lower districts. He stands around 5"8' and he weighs around 150 pounds. He's on the slimmer side, though no matter how much he eats he never gains weight. He has nice biceps and abs, able to lift around 180 pounds at a time. He's quite muscular, due to this fact.

Josh's hair is a golden blonde color with darker blonde highlights in them. It's wavy and often gets in his eyes. His eyes, on the other hand, are a dark green. They are soft and generous but when he's mad or annoyed they can be stony and hard. Josh's skin is a golden/light tan. He has a well-defined jawline and strong hands. He is built more for fighting than anything else.

Josh is kind and a bit soft-hearten. He doesn't like to kill and is quite different compared to the other boys that train for the Hunger Games. On his relationship personality, he's a person that would cuddle with his lover whenever he had the chance. He is constantly giving good advice and confidant pointers to whomever he's crushing or loving on. He prefers to be more touching someone through love than he is through words, though his words can make a big impact on someone.

Josh is caring and soft. He's always willing to help out someone who needs help, but when it comes to breaking the law, that's where he stops. Anything that is out of the law is wrong for him. He is strongly loyal to the Capitol and actually finds entertainment in watching the Hunger Games. He thinks whatever the Capitol does is for the districts' benefits, and the Games are just a minor detail so the people know that the Capitol is still in control of them no matter how much freedom they give them, which, in his mind, is quite a lot. Josh is very funny and stands up for what he believes is right. He doesn't mind being the leader at stuff--in fact he likes to be the leader and making decisions.

Josh would much rather watch the Games then be in it. Though he does have the right skills to win the Hunger Games, he usually refuses to train for them. Either way, his weakness is definitely pretty women and due to the fact even the girls are training, he won't go in and lift weights or anything, knowing he'll make a complete fool of himself by mooning over the ladies and not working out or tying ropes or whatever.

As a young boy, Josh had always dreamed of becoming a Peacekeeper and protecting the Capitol and the districts. He would pretend to fight imaginary rebels and wanderers through the ages of 5-10. Even as he was older he strove to become a protector of Panem. He grew up in District 1, though he wished he grew up in District 8 where he would be most likely to be a Peacekeeper.

Not knowing having any brothers or sisters, he was soon left without any relatives when he found out both of his parents had been killed in an accident. He was devastated and honestly didn't feel like he could find any more hope in life. He never really had any crushes or girlfriends--pretty much his whole childhood and henceforth was spent daydreaming, or pretending to be a Peacekeeper and so he never had time to really engage in affections and never really noticed the girls even when they flirted with him.

Josh was known more as an outsider than anything else. He never really had any friends and didn't engage in the events the district had provided unless it involved Peacekeepers. He loved to just sit and watch the protectors pass by, often marveling over their outfits and daydreaming about himself in one.
