Jorden Hess (District 1)

Blond messy hair with thin strands that cover his chilling eyes. He tries to keep out his bangs which partially obscure his view. By looking at him you would think he belonged in District 4 with his wavy hair and the color of his skin. He carries the sweet aroma of vanilla partially because of his big brother who has an obsesion of vanilla. He has ice blue eyes that could pierce through you. Thin and "5-7". You woulnd't think he's strong at first glance due to his skininess and lack of noticable muscle but he has it everywhere.

Peach Colored skin that doesn't look right with his eyes standing out so much. He sometimes jokes around that if he ever gets chosen the people will call him the kid with the blue eyes. Small sized muscles(from training). Usually wears black and red to honor the Hunger Games. He is tall and moderately fast he loves to run that is his strategy for the hunger games if he gets attacked run, well as fast as he can because he's a cripple simple. He is most known for his ears. He could hear a fly cough.Small thin lips and big calf muscles. His legs are huge he can kick a ball a mile. You wouldn't think he could considering he's a cripple.

Can be friendly and also brutal. He is cunning and quick. But if he needs to he can also fight. That's how he got supended from school... Twice. His friends always try to do what hedoes but he says, " Guys be your own person." While he was suspended he went to training for the games more often and became stronger and more educated the only thing he can't improve on is his speed. He is so fast nobody in any district can catch him few can outfight him and his awareness is excellent.

When he needs to be alone he climbs the highest tree in the district. He also knows what plants are and aren't poisonous.Which he thinks is one of the best skills to have in the hunger games. But he does have flaws like everyone else, he is awkward in the presence of camera's and his mouth is too big, lastly he is too eager to fight.

He is a career tribute and he studies every hunger games to see what the victors have in common. He dreams of winning and coming home to riches and everything else you need and every thanksgiving maybe a, Cornacopia.
He loves his family and would do anything to protect them he would do the same to any of his friends so I guess we could say he is loyal.

Hs dad died when Jorden was only 10. And one of his 4 siblings died from an infection of a cut she had recieved in training. His mom committed suicide. Jorden was sent to the community home until his oldest brother Jak turned 18. His only career is training to win the Hunger games to avenge all the dead of District 1. He knows all of the tributes names victors or not in district 1.

He has never been very hungry and has always been up to date. He is prepared to volunteer for any of his family or friends that have the bad luck of being chosen in the reaping.He has even thought of volunteering for a random person just to escape the boredom of training. And the lecture that his family give him about not being eager or hot headed. He always replies with a yell, " Shut up Jak I am not hot headed or too eager now go back to washing the dishes or whatever you do that make you think your mom when your only 19,"

His oldest brother 19 is out of the drawing ( Jorden is the youngest) and is in charge of the family and with him around there is never a normal day. He makes them practice dummies with sacks of flour and pillows. He teaches them how to make their own weapons, and even how to know which tracks are which ( although Jorden isn't good at that.) He knows he can win even though he's a cripple. He studied every victor and he found that every one is clever. Jorden knows he's clever too.
