I totally agree — it's always been pretty scattered xD This may not be universal across the board since we've always been flaky about it, but here is what the rules will be for my Games:

How much damage is taken away with first aid, the needle/thread, bandages, and medicinal plants? (And without the first aid station?)

First Aid: -3
N/T: 2.5 without first aid; 5 with first aid
Bandages: 0.5 without first aid; 1 with first aid
Medicinal Plants: 1 without first aid; 2 with first aid

How many times can you use each item in a single day?

First Aid: 1x per fight
N/T: 1x per day
Bandages: 1x per fight
Med. Plants: 1x per fight

Which of these can be used per fight rather than per day?

The ones listed above. However, these fights must have a minimum of FIVE attacks while your tribute is present. Any less shouldn't typically require first aid. This is in order to prevent people from entering and fleeing quickly just to use extra first aid.

How many bundles of medicinal plants can a tribute gather at once?

Three bundles of plants TOTAL (including edible plants) per day.


Small Game: As much as you can trap, but you must be successful trapping it. (-coughs about rabbits-) Trapping attempts must be accompanied by actual posts (not WIPs or Fillers) Each small game = 1 serving of meat

Large Game: As much as you actually kill. Each large game = 3 servings of meat.

Edible Plants: 3 servings of plants total may be gathered (but this includes medicinal plants)
