Parents were capitolites who wanted their twin daughters to experience the forth district since they were raised there because Glaucias grandparents were peacekeepers. Their actual motive is to freak their daughters out enough by putting them in a reaping so they don't make fun of the district children when they're older and see them crying on television. She lives with her crazy cousins and is just like "Take. Me. Home." Sister ran away from district four because she hated Glaucia and now Glaucia is covering for her sister because she genuinely cares that she doesn't get in trouble with their parents.[/color]
