Katerina 'Kat' Annie Almasri

Katerina Annie Almasri looks just like..... ummm.... Katerina Annie Almasri. She's a redhead, and her hair is straight and falls two inches under her shoulder. Her forehead is normal-sized and she doesn't have wrinkles. Kat's eyebrows are very thin and, like her hair, is flaming red. She has such good-natured eyes, the color of the ocean, that look beautiful under her short eyelashes. Katerina is so upset over her short eyelashes, for she tries everything to make them appear long. She has a circle-shaped face and her lips are pink under her flattish and tiny nose.

Next up, Katerina's neck is short, and when she tilts her head forward, it is easily concealed when you don't look at her back. Her shoulders seem to save Kat's short neck, for they are straight and thick-ish. Kat has great posture. Her arms are thin and long. She has little hands, not tiny, not huge, but 17-year-old little. She has great figure, she is skinny but healthy-looking.

What's left to say? Katerina's legs are long and make for a runner. Since Kat is a so-called 'normal person', she has 'normal feet'. Whenever someone asks her what size she is, she answers, "Katerina size."

Kat wears a lot of shiny things, bracelets, necklaces, sequins. She likes to wear 'pretty things', but she never goes overboard. You would find her carrying a purse and wearing a T-shirt with a matching skirt. Katerina is proud of herself, but whenever someone questions her so-called 'beauty', she answers "I'm not beautiful. I'm Katerina." This annoys many people, becuase half of them called her beautiful with a hint of sarcasm in their voices.

Kat, the beautiful rockstar, the one who can light up a room with a smile. This girl has a passion for music. Everything about her is musical. How she acts, how she speaks, and how she dresses. Katerina has a beautiful voice, and can play many instruments. Unlike so many of my characters, Katerina hates nature. She's afraid of animals. But the musical girl is not as perfect as she seems.

Kat annoys people. She keeps reminding them that she is the beautiful one in the room, and she tries to look 'cool' by acting like she thinks her beauty is nothing. Katerina is always so sarcastic, and it's hard not to lose her temper at her. She's a snob and sometimes a liar. But it's mostly becuase she was raised in a wealthy District with hardly any hardships.

This musician is not only a musical snob. She can also be caring and soft when treated well. Kat is not angered easily, but she will get mad if she is treated like garbage. Katerina is not used to this. But Kat has feelings, and a bit of a sense of humor. She often feels alone and left out, and is constantly seeking attention. Kat loves to be in the spotlight.

Katerina is tricky to figure out. If she were to be reaped for the Games, she would not be such easy prey. But she can also be tricked if you're good. Overall, Kat would most likely panic, grab the person from her District, and try to gain an allie. But first, she would analyze him. She is also dyslexic, so she has a hard time in school and therefore is always called a 'Red-headed blonde'. Why? She doesn't know.

Katerina Annie Almasri and Cookie Diana Almasri were born at the same time (Cookie being ten minutes earlier) to Alecto Almasri and Luna Cara Almasri on April 1st in District 3. They lived in the richer part of the District and did not have many problems, except for Katerina's dyslexia and Cookie's paralyzed arm.

Cookie was Katerina's twin, but she was the opposite of her. She was shy, timid, and had a huge passion for dancing. It was amazing, Cookie liking dancing even when her arm was paralyzed. She was an excellent dancer just as Kat was an excellent singer. The two shared a small bond, which dies down after a while and then sparks up again.

Mr. Almasri worked in the technology industry while Mrs. Almasri was a stay-at-home mom. Cookie was a brain and helped Kat keep up with school and Katerina helped make new dance moves. Katerina was afraid of animals and nature, so she was glad to live in the air poluted place called District 3.

At night, Mr. Almasri would tell wild stories about Panem. They were positive, some true, some downright unrealistic. But they were fun to listen to all the same. The Almasri family were not big supporters of the Games, but sometimes they would chant for the District 3 tributes and watch them die.

One day, when Kat was 8, The family was robbed. Not everything was taken from them, but only half the money. Mrs. Almasri wanted to run to the Peacekeepers while Mr. Almasri calmed her down and told her he would handle it all. They never found the money that was stolen from them. But Mr. Almasri worked hard and earned extra money. Cookie and Katerina were pleased, until they learned it wasn't enough.

The family had a great idea; make Kat and Cookie sing and dance for money. Katerina was delighted while Cookie was terrified, but they did it. They were a hit in the District, even though they were little.

Soon, Cookie quit dancing in public because she was too shy to continue. The family is now back to normal and running, but Katerina is still singing on the streets for money to this day. Not for money, but for fun.

The girl's birthday is on April 1st.

I meant for Katerina to be a pathetic pretty girl, so if she looks too flawless, I'll change her.
