Trell Willowroot/D1

Trell is a tall girl for her age, standing at about five feet seven inches. She's a skinny girl, only weighing in at one hundred and three pounds. Though she lives in District One, she looks very malnourished, though that is not the case. She is very healthy, she just likes to keep up with appearances. She orders contact lenses straight from the capitol, which changes her dark brown eyes to a dusty, almost grey, blue. Her hair is the same, it changes frequently to suit her mood. Her natural color is black, though she usually has different colored streaks through out it.

Her style is her own. She tries to keep up with the Capitol when it comes to fashion. She usually wears a t-shirt or tank top with a short skirt and leggings, or a pair of cutoff jeans. Shoes are not her thing, she hates them, but she usually runs around with a pair of stiletto heels or flip flops.

Trell, to put it bluntly, is a jerk. She does not really like people all that much, and she tends to show it. Of course, when it comes to official matters, such as going to dinners or anything big an fancy, she will put on her best fake smile and act like a charmer. She tries her best to fit in with the higher ups, hopefully making the chance of her going to the Games slimmer and slimmer.

There is not much Trell is afraid of, she can usually hold her own very well, but when it comes to fires, that is where she draws the line. After the accident when she was younger, she tries her best to stay away from fire at all costs. Other than that, she will pretty much push through anything that would scare most people.

Her worst and best trait would be the ability to charm. In a heartbeat she can change who she is to charm anybody if she really puts her mind to it. Even if it's someone she does not like, she will dig deep to find what they like, and she will use that against the person to get what she wants. Although she knows that she would fit in among the Capitol people, Trell is actually quite self-conscious. She worries about what the people in her own District think about her style and her need and want to follow the trends of the Capitol.

Trell never had a hard childhood. Her parents owned a successful clothing shop in the District and they lived quite well. Trell was the second born to her parents. Her older sister, Trill, was born six years earlier, and her younger brother, Trall, was born two years later. Being a second daughter was no easy task. Her parents were always focusing on the older child, making sure that she was prepared for anything, including being sent to the Games.

Trell was often left behind when her parents were invited to parties when she was young, but she started to go as well, shocked and amazed by the people from the Capitol that came for her parent's clothes. Naturally, Trill and Trell both got a knack for making clothes with their parents, and started helping around the shop, and at the age of nineteen, Trill was asked to be a Stylist for the Games.

Naturally, Trell was crushed. Her older sister was leaving her. She had never really gotten along with Trall, knowing that he got more love from her parents being the baby. Trell vowed that day that she would try her best to do whatever she could to join her sister in the Capitol, and tried she has. She changed her appearance, her style, everything she could think of to fit in with them.

Three years ago, a horrible accident occurred. The parents had left Trall alone in the shop, and the boy hated clothes, he purposefully left an iron on a dress for too long, just to spite his parents. He did not anticipate that the dress would catch fire, which spread through the entire shop, destroying everything the family had ever worked for. Trall perished with the shop.

Today, with the help of other members of the District, and with some Capitol fans, the family's shop has been restored to its prior beauty and splendor, and the family is doing better than ever. Trell works there with her parents, still hoping that she could get enough recognition to join her sister in the Capitol.

She has an older sister that is now a Stylist for the Hunger Games.
