Whisp Kenski // District One

Whisp defiantly lives up to her name, being a small girl, standing about 5 foot 3 and only weighting 106 lbs, with about 15 lbs of muscle. Whisp has brunette hair with reddish-auburn semi-wavy locks that are cropped at just below her shoulders, and never seem to like to cooperate with her brush. She has large bright blue eyes that fit perfectly on her lightly tanned skin and full pink lips. Her small nose is a bit angular and sharp-looking, but the few light freckles on her nose seem to soften it.
Most of Whisp's strength is in her core and legs, resulting in a flat stomach and defined legs. Shaped like a little like an hourglass, Whisp has nice hips and a slightly larger chest, but all in all, Whisp likes her ears the best, which are small, and not as round as normal, giving a slight look of an elf to her ears.

Whisp is a little bit timid around people she doesn't know, but is very determined and passionate, and a little flirty without noticing that she is. She may be a little vain and careless, but Whisp has a keen sense of when to stop talking and keep silent.
Whisp can lie, but she'll grit her teeth and drag her feet before she does. She won't stop for the truth, and she'll dig it out of your brain if she has to, and the only thing that would stop her is if you are someone she treasures. She'll do anything for the people she holds close.
Whisp is also annoyingly innocent. For example if a guy said they lost their phone number, and if they can have hers, all she'd say is, "I don't know you-but I'll help you find it!" All smiley and innocent not getting that he tried to use a pick up line on her.
Also, she forgives people quite quickly.

Whisp was the oldest of three, her little siblings being twins, but when her mother and father broke up after a dysfunctional and physically abusive marriage, he took her little brother, Mazzel and Zege. So now Whisp lives with her mother and when her mother is out working, she trains herself, and in her spare time, she wanders aimlessly around her town, and hangs out with her kitten, Luck, and writes about her dreams, wishes, and thoughts. When she went to school, Whisp was an overachiever in English, History, Math, and whatever else they taught. She'd go home, do homework, study the next chapter until her mother got home, and then avoided her mother like the plague, for her mother was always mean and vicious after the rejection of Whisp's father. When she bumps into her mother at home, and talks to her, their conversations are short, bitter, and full of yelling and accusations, and tend to cause Whisp to flee from the house to the streets until dawn before returning. On more then one occasion she'll come out running with tears and a swollen cheek or lip. If it was anyone else who hit her, she would of hit back, but she loves her mother, even if she refuses to call her mother mother, instead of her name(Valeria).
Whisp wishes that her mother will get back together with her father, but she knows that will never happen as her mother begun to date someone else only seven days after the brutal divorce.

Whisp's nickname is Whispy.

OOC: Can I sometimes roleplay Whisp's mother? It won't be too extravagant, and I won't have her walking around the town unless I am having Whisp and her run into each other, but I wouldn't post saying, 'Whisp mother leaves house' kinda thing...
