Victoria, just like her best friend Mary, is absolutely stunning. They turn heads all over District 2. Typically, other less attractive teenage girls get jealous easily, so sometimes she gets hated for not much of a reason at all.
Unlike Mary, she is a Career, a very athletic and deadly one at that. Her weapons are stealth, endurance, and knives. She is shorter than Mary, standing around 5'2, and very lean, just barely clearing 100 lbs.
She is even more beautiful and charming than Mary, yet another deadly tool she has. She has big brown eyes, extremely long brown hair, tan skin, and a very nice style. Her small frame allows for deadly speed in the Arena. She always makes sure she looks great no matter where she is.
Although she does well to hide it, she has a huge scar on the top of her head from being dropped as a child. Her hair takes some of the attention off of it, although it is quite obvious.

Personality:

Victoria is what most people call "fake". At first glance, she is sweet nice and charming. However, those who know her on a more personal level know otherwise. She can get along with nearly anyone, and has tons of friends.
However, she has one terrible flaw. She loves to lead guys on, and create fake little relationships with people that she really doesn't care about. She is a heartbreaker, and she knows it. It's just another weapon to use to her advantage.
When she was younger, she had a hard time fitting in with anyone. Everyone thought she was weird and annoying. However, when she hit her teenage years, Victoria blossomed into the charismatic bombshell she is today.
Victoria is quiet. She doesn't speak a lot unless spoken to, and she locks away all of her secrets and throws away the key. There was a guy she cared about once, but she was too scared to commit so she treated him like the rest and broke his heart.
She spends most of her time working out and studying for her Career. She is absolutely dedicated to it and wants to make sure that she will walk away from the Games. She is one of the few people in all of Panem who actually enjoys the Games. They entertain her. Sure, it may be unfortunate for those who don't make it out alive. But, that's the price you pay.. The price that Victoria will never pay.

History:

Victoria has been in Career training since she was 11 years old. Her weapons are stealth, endurance, and knives. She is faster than any other District 2 citizen of Reaping age, including all of the other Careers.
Despite her confidence in victory and her large amount of training and preparation for the Games, she still suppresses a fear that none of the other Careers seem to have. A fear of death. She is afraid to bring shame to her family and friends by failing to be a Victor.
Her parents have always demanded excellence from her. Her entire life has been working hard to make sure she is the best. In two years she will volunteer for the Games. She will kill. She will win. She will bring fame and fortune to her family.
Her fear of death, however, drives her harder than ever. What will become of her when she dies? What will become of her family? Of Mary? She will not let that happen.
She knows that she basically has it all, and she plans to fully take advantage of her brains, beauty, and deadly combat abilities. After all, someone born as perfect as she was had to win the Games, right? At least she thought so. No one else was good enough to.
