Always sporting a spiked up-do, Paris looks rather manly and adult-like at his young age. He can be found wearing very fashionable clothing in all of the latest name brands. Just from looking at him, it is easy to tell that he is very wealthy. Paris often looks like a movie star with his fancy sunglasses, fur jackets, designer jeans, and fancy shoes. Money is no issue for him and therefore he exploits it to get whatever clothing he wants.

Paris has shining brown hair that wows the ladies when it is spiked in the front. He keeps himself very toned and makes sure to eat the healthiest of foods so he looks strong and tough. His muscles always show when he wears tight short-sleeve shirts, thus he can often be seen wearing a short-sleeve shirt or on the rare occasion no shirt at all. Paris has deep, dark, brown eyes that seem to stare into your soul and a penetrating attitude to go with them. No matter what he's wearing he always seems to rock the look and wouldn't admit to it, but he does wear make-up to cover up any blemishes.

Paris is very cocky and makes sure that everyone knows he is the boss. No is never the answer for him, you tell him that he can't do something and he will go and do it anyway, just for the heck of it. He doesn't think before he acts, thus getting him into a lot of trouble. Paris behaves like a spoiled brat, which he is, but he takes it to an all new level when it comes to showing off everything he has. Bragging like always, he doesn't really care what others think of him. All that really matters is how many things can get and how easily he can get them.

The only thing Paris cares about is his popularity, thus he tends to hurt anyone that does something he doesn't like. He doesn't really have any friends for this reason, but people seem to look up to him for what he has, which is money. Nothing personality-wise has helped him gain followers, instead it's more about his physical possessions. For that reason you could describe him as your typical ass. Paris believes that as long as he can buy his popularity there is no reason to have any attractive personality traits leading to him not being liked.

There is nothing that he truly cares about more than his money and popularity, which will probably bite him some day, but he doesn't care. At the moment he has the world so what more should he ask for? Paris is a very good strategist and planner, though. For being such a jerk and your typical jock he does have brains that make up for his other flaws. Give him any problem and he's usually able to find a way to get out of it.

Paris was born into your typical district one family, rich and wealthy, on October 19th. His parents had made a name for themselves in the silk and coffee business and now have assistants to do most of the business running for them. Thus he is a successor for a money-loaded tycoon that being the oldest son will one day fall into his hands. A year after his birth, his parents had another kid because obviously they need to send at least one kid into the arena. You can't be wealthy and not have a kid that participates in the Hunger Games as a wealthy district one family. Therefore their kids started training young because it was their duty in life to start training young and one day win in their family's honor.

Up to this point, Paris has had not only gone to school where he is a pain to his teachers, always sneaking in laser pointers and other prank tools, but also taken weaponry lessons and survival skills classes. His parents view is no one wants to be the district one parent who's kid loses in the Hunger Games. Therefore Paris and his sister are always training or learning strategies or preparing for the games. Just in case one day they do have to go off to fight. Paris' motto is if you aren't prepared, you're wasting time which is why he does all these things just for the chance that he goes into the games.

Recently, he has had a couple run-ins with the law always trying to use what he has to impress others. This has led to him being put into a restrictive lock-down by his parents. Paris is allowed to go to school and Career classes, but hanging out with others is not allowed. They don't want him to make a bad impression with the Capitol by blowing something up that leads to his demise in the arena. Everything in his life revolves around his safety, his parents image, and if he's prepared enough to win the Hunger Games. Otherwise why would you be living?
